Is it because they've revealed their true colours, excuse the deliberate pun.

Folk were warned re their true intentions, but as always called racist by the naive.

I like Douglas Murray, good journalist, talks well, obviously some think otherwise, that's opinions for you, but he is always worth listening to.

Yes, speaks well and backed up with certain facts from the report he mentions in the link. Folk can't debate the truths in the report he mentions, so they'll just post utter garbage as always.

I think Douglas Murray is the most objective, sensible & honest political commentator out there. In fact if I had my way he'd be running the country.

He's excellent at exposing the woke left and their relentless hypocrisy.

Loved it when Owen Jones refused the chance to debate with him because he couldn't play the gay victim card against him 😊

Didn't know that but it sums it up. Once the professional victimhood route is closed off the liberal wokery have to rely on their own intellect to win an argument. Game over. The permanently offended and perpetually peeved don't like to hear from people like Murray. Nor do they like hearing about how this country's two female PMs were both Conservative or how our Home Secretary is an Asian woman and our Chancellor an Asian man. This shockingly, institutionally racist and sexist country must have taken its eye off the ball on the days they were appointed.

There is a BAME woman on the Tory front bench and I've seen her in a video tearing apart her woke lefty opponent with a brilliant counter-attack.

Her name is Kemi Badenoch

He was good in 'Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy'.

BAME is only used by utter bigots who think a horrible witch like Priti Patel can be lumpen in with a goodie like Marcus Rashford or David Lammy.

Never mind that, let's all laugh and crow at milk monitor head girl teacher's pet Thicky Patel made a fool of...

She's married to some big, white rich oafish lummox by the way.

Racist even to her own.

It does leave them speechless when someone from the section of society they seek to portray as victims exposes their divisive ideology.

Or in summary anybody who disagrees with you is an "utter bigot" or "a horrible witch".

Liberal intolerance in action.

I think he should go upstairs and get his inflatable lady drunk.

Seriously I totally agree with you, just goes to show the double standards of the left.

😁

Must applaud your efforts.

Anyhow, the report says BAME is no longer appropriate, so I'm curious as to the next acronym.

BAME hasn't be used for a while, in government literature as well, it's outlined why on Gov.uk - its reductive as people used it as a catch all of every ethical group other than white British, which is clearly wrong.

The BBC EDI report 2021 - 2023 don't use it either, the opening in explaining Diversity and Inclusion is a decent intro and has helped us with our consultancy start building a robust EDI framework for our business.

Sorry - just to add all that is freely available to download if you can be bothered reading up on any of it.

That's a shame because we've just been nominated for an award at the BAME Healthcare Awards. Someone needs to tell them and quick! 😁

Out of interest - what am I supposed to be saying now instead?

“I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their character,”

Martin Luther King.

I’m old enough to remember the speech on tv. I believed in his vision. I hoped everyone would.

Over 50 years later we are still talking about division, inclusivity and communities. BAME has been widely used over the last 12 months. The usual political pundits have used it to further there political agenda, left and right.

That is a good question. More importantly, who decides what is now acceptable?

No one has a clue, about 18 month ago there were 2 black women on QT arguing what is acceptable, if they can’t agree us honkeys have no hope.

Has anyone asked the chinks if they want to be called BAME?

The English language is free for all to use. If people disagree, they should debate. Nobody should put themselves on a pedestal that allows them to believe they can dictate which words are or are not "acceptable" for use.

We are dealing here with a liberal/woke God complex - people can only use words or opinions that they deem "acceptable.  If you don't play the game then you are a racist/sexist/transphobe .. at the margins/extremist etc.

It is textbook intolerance.

I’ll be honest, I’d never heard the BAME description of people who are different to me until 12 months ago when this pandemic started. I have 2 neighbours in our cul-de-sac who fall into that category. I’ve lived with them for 30 and 10 years respectively and until then, never thought of them as anything other than, well normal people. Now it seems they aren’t like me. They are different. Who thought this shit up?

Should have said inflatable Jeremy Corbyn,!!!

In a strange way you can't argue with Dirty Harry's logic

(Warning: may contain some language that may upset Leftard snowflakes)
