Only a few games left.

If the season finishes now during this peak, no way can the justify a ppg approach.

Beyond this peak, we're into better weather and vaccines, so it won't be abandoned at all.

The peak could unfortunately last months though?  Footballers are going to be way down the list of priorities to be vaccinated, so unlikely to get them before the end of the season.  Only guesswork but players are going to be getting and passing on covid for a few months yet, and in greater numbers than now.

Hence why an abandonment would occur sooner- they would be looking at the prospects.

The Premier league have stated they have no plans even for a pause, so at the moment the idea of scrapping it seems remote.

Is that it for this season then?

We’re not seeing any live footy are we?

Only if we make the playoffs. Potential for 2nd leg. We could host 25% of us at Unibol.

Final at Wembley capped at 10,000.

No mention of letting fans travel the country though.

But, if things go according to plan then it won't be an issue.

I expect things not to go according to plan.

Anything is better than nothing but they couldn't really allow 2nd leg advantage of having a partisan crowd if the other team had to play their home leg without fans.  IF we got to play offs, fair to assume our 2nd leg would be away unless finished top 5.

Just pleased we can look forward to going to matches from August, and also looking like there'll be an atmosphere at the Euros - and we'll be able to go to pub to watch (presumably).

Why not?

Some teams had home fans in this season, giving them an advantage.

I get that but that was a stage of the season when it was expected everyone would get a turn to have fans at some point, and they were routine league games.  Play offs have to be treated differently surely, could end up going to Tranmere or Bradford with upto 10k home fans.  (we'd all take that now of course).

Correction around 5k going by the 25% rule.

Since when did the EFL practice fairness?

When fans are allowed back , will attendances be on a par with Pre - Pandemic.

Or will they all be rammed out.

I think there will be an initial increase but it will soon reverse back to normal.

Sorry Victor, you lost me.

møng has been filtered out to idiot for ages.

For me, no crowds for the rest of the season, start again next year.

how they hell would the ballot work for play off final tickets ?

If we end up in the P-O final and the ckub can't guarantee every ST holder a ticket, then they'd be better off not taking any. They'd run the risk of seriously alienating a large chunk of what has been very patient and loyal customer base.

That just passes off everyone surely?

A simple draw from the pool would be fair; I'm sure those unsuccessful would be disappointed, but understanding.

Will mean jack for a play off final that

So if crowds could be allowed back at Bolton what do you think crowds would be like.

With our current form I'd except 16 - 18,000 at Bradford
