In his 40 year plus career there have been 8 allegations of Biden getting too close to people/invading their personal space. Only one has every alleged it was sexual. You can check her story yourselves as you seem keen. 
A video is posted part of which is clearly aimed to discredit him (stopbiden.com is a clue to is impartiality). Half way through the video from the D.T. There is a comment from one of the women in the original video saying there was nothing in it. He is a close family friend supporting her. She looks awkward because she is shitting herself being on a big stage. 
Last year Biden came out and acknowledged he needs to be more respectful of people’s space. 
The irony is that the campaign to discredit him was actually started by extreme Lefties who wanted Bernie Sanders to lead the challenge. The fact that this now being used by opponents from the other side of the political spectrum highlights that they really are 2 sides of the same coin. 
But keep trawling Twitter for these horror stories. I know you are no fan of Trump but really do not understand why you are so bothered by Biden. The Trump years potentially opened a path for a real prick like Sanders getting in. Things would be a lot worse.

Yes, he does need to watch his behaviour in other people's space, it's very odd and almost like a sad trait of his, but that's no excuse for someone in his position.

He might be Corbyn like now and stop the odd traits etc.
