Think so. However ours was against a team previously in the top flight, and not one promoted with us, so ours was vastly superior.

The Sunderland away game was also hugely winnable.

2-1 up and klasnic should have won it late on.

we had more than enough chances to stay up

Yes another! What a cock coyle was

Yes but for me 2-0 up with 15mins to play against wba takes the biscuit

Was that the free kick bogdan should save?

Would’ve been a scandal if we stopped up that season. Rode our luck at times too with the Clint Hill (non) goal for instance.

We were absolutely dreadful for the most part. Can’t believe we took it to the last day.

12th highest wage bill in the league

Which i reckon may have had us top 30 in the world

Just look at what we had 12 games ? later at millwall

Re. Clint Hill - he "scored" from a corner which shouldn't have been given. The last contract came off Cisse before going out of play.

And their equaliser earlier on was scored from an offside position.

We won it fair and square.

Please stop it - I'd pretended this was just a bad dream.

The Muamba stats makes me want to hunt down and do unspeakable acts to Coyle.

Stoke last day was unforgivable.

And encountering plastic City fans later on made it worse - where were they when they were shite.

Why the fuck we didn't fuck him off end of season.

Anyhow it's like we're all Vietnam Vets reliving our trauma.

You weren't there, man!

Neither Stoke goal should have been given.

Not to mention Tim Reams powder puff header.

The big gimp.

I dont think he is a good manager from what I have heard since.

There is no set criteria to make a good manager. Its a lottery.

True, and nearly all managers, everywhere turn out to be shit in the end anyway.

Unbeaten in his last four trips to Anfield with four different clubs.

Gets a 1-1 draw at Anfield. First half his formation was 6-4-0.

Good for him.

Feck 'em.

I laughed for about three seconds then remembered I’d opted for Liverpool in our Last Man Standing comp 🤦🏻‍♂️

The likes of Chelsea, Leicester and Tottenham should pay him to give their managers tutorials on how to withstand the pressure Liverpool put a defence under at Anfield

The man is superb. He'll keep them up, bank the proceeds and wait for the next emergency call.

If the scum had him he would have took a team thats cost a fortune to Leipzig and got the required result and they'd still be in with the big boys.

I could easily do what Klopp does given the players he’s got. Klopp couldn’t do what I’ve done with WBA today.

The man is brilliant at trolling these big boys, its brilliant.

Ive often wondered how it would pan out if everyone had the same amount of money to spend on players and wages, would that find the best manager. Look at the list of players the great Sir Alex could afford to sign and disregard Djemba djemba and Jonesy are not the worst!

Chelsea will be on the phone next when they get rid of frank
