Its appeasement, that's all it is, and more people will end up dying in the longer term if you essentially capitulate to agressors. These aren't peace deals in the slightest.

  • We’ve reached a point where folk are so entrenched in their support for trump that they’ll side with Putin if it means not losing face on the socials. Thats where we are now. its ok

  • That Vance is a bigger cunt than Trump

They're proper shit at this.

That one where they were they must have been ordered to plant evidence including some 'sims'.

Silly fuckers planted the computer game The Sims.

Would it be such a surprise to think the Russians did it?

A quick look down the replies suggest it's not the first time they've used it either

He was the leader of Azov back in February

False flag attack like this one to force an escalation has long been feared. I wonder why Ukraine hasn't claimed responsibility yet, perhaps they're "basking" (for want of a better word) in the outcry over Russia's response for now.

Ukraine does seem to be playing it's cards close to it's chest

Gloat but not take responsibility

Problem for Russia is now they can't lie about what is going on. Add in the mobilisation of men where it now involves folk from Moscow and St Petersburg, when previously it was just folk from shitty rural areas

Putin is getting more and more desperate and can see Belarus getting drawn in as they are always desperate and will do whatever Russia tells them to

I’m sure that will have a big influence on the war in Ukraine

I'm not sure how that ended up on this thread.

Obsessed x2

Ursula knows. Lots of reports of Russians stealing washing machines etc. from Ukraine. I thought it was for personal use.

😂

Loads of Russian soldiers are amazed how better the Ukrainians live compared to them. No wonder, the vast majority of Russia is a desolate shithole thanks to decades of corruption and mismanagement.

It’s probably an insensitive point to make but if we did enter a nuclear conflict, bomb Moscow and St. Petersburg and the rest wouldn’t matter.
Im sure they know that which is why I don’t think they’d be so stupid to start it. That’s a hope, not a prediction.
I’ve met many Russians on my travels and they are different to any other nationals I’ve ever met. Just a personal opinion of course but never underestimate their ability to do something that would harm themselves out of pure spite/evil.

Was in St Petersburg in 2019 and got talking to some Russians in bar, hotel etc

Would have said they were in their 20s/30s but very savvy about life outside of Russia, even had a conversation about BWFC with one. They were v friendly and got good tips about the place

Maybe it's because of the era they grew up in as I suspect those who knew communist times would be less engaging

The Russians I’ve met abroad have almost always been gobby, ignorant wankers.

But they’re the ones who can afford to go on holiday and probably have a very high opinion of themselves.

The one decent one I did speak to said Russians are a very insular people, brought up to be naturally suspicious of other nations. I pointed out that the had no idea what queueing was (because at the bars they simply waded in and insisted they get served first) - he just said that growing up fighting for the last load of bread in empty shops makes them that way.

But, overall, I found them cuntish and doubt they’d have many qualms about nukes

There are reports that over 700,000 Russians have left Russia since they started mobilisation. Maybe they are some of the ones that you spoke to.
There are many Russians around the world. I’ve yet to see any uprising against their Fascist government.

That was down their Russian ‘revolution’

it was the same for the Czechs, Slovaks, Poles etc.

Didn’t turn them into cunts though.

They all hate the Russians. Considering their history, the hatred of Russians far outweighs any animosity towards the Germans.

It always amazes me how close the gaff actually is the US whenever I stumble up on an Atlas or Globe.

Plus them weird bits over near Japan and that give me the willies. Deffo skinning folk alive and eating them over that way.

Hotel I was staying in also had the Russian Ice Hockey team in. They were playing against Finland so the game was at Zenit's ground

They had their own area cordoned off for drinking in and were cunts to anyone else

I'm stood nearby minding my own business and a security bloke, dark suit ear piece etc says something in Russian that basically means fuck off

Didn't think it was a good idea to say I'm also a paying guest and can stand where I want

Didn't know what it was in Russian otherwise would definitely have done so 😃

Alaska used to belong to Russia.
What if Putin holds another sham referendum to reclaim it?

The Czechs have already reclaimed Kaliningrad. ( Kralovec) 😊
