24 hours, that's all he needs to end this war apparently.

He never specified which 24 hours or that they'd run consecutively.

Its appeasement, that's all it is, and more people will end up dying in the longer term if you essentially capitulate to agressors. These aren't peace deals in the slightest.

  • We’ve reached a point where folk are so entrenched in their support for trump that they’ll side with Putin if it means not losing face on the socials. Thats where we are now. its ok

  • That Vance is a bigger cunt than Trump

Brave that.

As fucking thick as Trump is, I’m not sure bombing America will work

Bombing is easy

Peace is hard

It's totally bizarre.

Not only in its bullshit and bollocks, but also by the reports that over the last day or two, Ukraine has used ATACMS missiles again.

These haven't been permitted since Trump came into office, and yet they've now been used.

Which suggests a hardening of the American stance against Trump.

Then this.

As they did before, it's as if they're trying to play one off against the other.

Firstly, tell Ukraine they have have no cards. Still continue to supply some weapons though.

Next, meet with Putin, pander to his ego, only for Putin to essentially ignore him.

Then Trump decides Ukraine can win the war, and appears to change his stance.

Now, almost a complete about turn.

There is the inclusion of a coalition of the willing peace keeping force, but that isn't going to wash with VZ given the other negatives.

It has been suggested that Witkoff may have just been "going solo" with his thoughts- it seemed to catch other departments out- but even then, simply floating it as an idea is totalltotally cuntish.

Really can't fathom it now.

Would be great if everyone watched this, and shared it further.

Astonishing.

Trump is about to fuck up immensely.

God knows what’s going on. Debate within the US on whether they actually authored their own peace plan. A dangerous shambles.

I guess you didn't watch the video I linked to.

The analysis of the peace plan shows how it was written. Not by the Americans.

I have now. Thanks for sharing. Absolutely staggering isn’t it. This Russian plan just epitomises the Trump administrations bias and incompetence when it comes to Ukraine. Reconfirms what’s been said many times, that either Putin has dirt on Trump or for Trump it’s all about personal financial gains. Or both.

Trump will sort it in 24 hours, lads.

He said so.

Hes just making Bolty look puddled otherwise, and that can’t be allowed to happen.

Possibly, but he will lose out on his Ukraine deal.

As detailed in the video (and as I suggested previously) the likes of Lockheed Martin won't be happy. In fact I'd expect them to be livid.

How on earth that is best for America, I don't know.

There is also another video detailing the recent use of ATACMS by Ukraine: that isn't done without American permission.

Very different philosophies at the same time.

There may be hidden, clever methodologies at play (by a multitude of allies) but it is difficult to really accept that as anything other than the remotest of possibilities.

All this at a time when Ukraine, in conjunction with its allies are really pressuring Putin and Russia, and causing huge economic difficulties.

Looks like Marcus Rubio is doing his best... Trump is now "quite pleased" and Putin as always, is saying nowt publically

Fingers crossed and this can now all come to an end somehow... and all the yoo toobers can find some other less fatal and endangering  to build their  incomes upon such as embroidery or maybe cop conferences.

While we all want an end to war, especially in Europe, the devil as always, is in the detail.

I wonder what kind of pitiful life those in Mariupol and many others in the east of Ukraine will endure for the foreseeable.

When you look at the voting demographic of Ukraine the east have always been more pro-Russian.

Nothing can be as bad as living in the middle of a battlefield

That was true before the start of the war. They have now found themselves blitzed by their so called saviours.

Also, I think you are confusing Russian speaking with Russian supporting.

We might as well call you Mikhail Dimron 😉

Call me whatever you want, it makes eff all difference... just like the tweets and you tube stuff you lot seem addicted to.

None of us have any idea in our fat and slobbish phone centred lives what is actuaĺy going on... the end result will depend on two things...the battlefield and global politics.

End of.

Goodnight and sleep tight.

And trust your leaders don't lead you down a path of destruction.

If you think capitulating to Putin and handing him swathes of Ukrainian land is avoiding "a path of destruction", you are either very stupid, or you support Russian aggression.

Hang on

You don’t seriously think Putin will take the offer then leave it at that do you?

Give in now, and see how the likes of Latvia and Estonia react.

Because they’re next.

It actually wasn't

Another myth/exaggeration. Yes many spoke Russian, but only about a third wanted annexation from Ukraine. Interesting research below.

Ukraine is neither an EU or NATO member, Latvia and Estonia are... position extra forces on these borders (as included in the current draft peace deal) and box the Russians in somehow... they ain't going to retreat y'know.

That's what we have media for.

OK, some, probably plenty, is actually wrong.

Nevertheless, there are plenty out there that clearly do know a lot more about what is going on; the legalities of American plans, and the ensuing disaster should anything remotely akin to the plan be accepted.

Additionally, if none of us know what is going on, how are you so "well informed" about VZ and his corruption?

How do you know about Russian speaking people in the East of the country?

News outlets presumably.

His next installment.

The legal analysis later in the video is telling.

Assuming it's true of course.

I have an interest in European history and read a lot of bbooks. The region has always been "fluid" when it comes to empires. Did you know Z's primary language is Russian and has had to take lessons to improve his Ukrainian?

For the record:

Daily newspaper, either Guardian or Times... for balance

I subscribe to Guardian Weekly, Private Eye and Flight International

BBC News at 10 and Channel 4 News... for balance

BBC News Web site sometimes

I like the protection of UK press laws that doesn't apply to most social media outlets

I don't have a twitter or You Tube account but  I am on Facebook mainly for advice on car maintenance and flying matters, also been a member of pprune News network since it started in the 90s.
