Eight people, including six Asian women, were killed in shootings at three different businesses in Atlanta and Acworth, Georgia, on Tuesday, according to local police. A male suspect was arrested and charged with several counts of murder on Wednesday, police said. At a press conference in Atlanta on Wednesday, authorities identified the four victims killed in Cherokee County.

With the right equipment and permissions they could "win", in the sense that it becomes too costly in terms of money and men for Russia to carry on. Especially if publicly, the bereaved start questioning it.

There are many articles about the low grade equipment Russia is digging out of reserves and the changing face if its economy. 

I also think the west were initially too hesitant with the types of the equipment donated, and too scared of rattling Russia. 

Particularly so, America.

Now that's changed, and I think that if superior air defenses, long distance cruise missiles etc had been provided earlier, then maybe it would be over by now.

Instead the attritional, "meat grinder" war has happened. 

That the war in still going on, when Russia seemed to think that they'd have it wrapped up in days is testament to the determination and creativity of Ukraine and weaponry that has been donated.

Surely Putin is going to start feeling some internal pressure at some point?

I think that the thing is Ukraine ‘can win’ in the sense that they hold out long enough that Putin is destabilized enough to give it up. One NATO shows a crack then Putin wins and won’t stop there.
