Eight people, including six Asian women, were killed in shootings at three different businesses in Atlanta and Acworth, Georgia, on Tuesday, according to local police. A male suspect was arrested and charged with several counts of murder on Wednesday, police said. At a press conference in Atlanta on Wednesday, authorities identified the four victims killed in Cherokee County.

At the distance he was shooting from, with a decent weapon, I'm surprised he didn't cause more serious injury to Trump, especially with several shots fired.

Apparently Lammy discussed getting an 'in' with the Trump team with Farage. Farage said he was surprised and impressed that Lammy would make the effort after it became inevitable that Labour would win the GE and it seemed likely that the Republicans would win in the US a few months later.
