  • And as for this tiresome bollocks about pathways in our last two tournaments, do people not realise theres a reason we got those pathways? We avoided groups of death becasue we won every single game i

  • Fuck me we lose one game without a full strength team against a team of shit houses who shithoused themselves half way through the last tournament and the knives are out. It was just one of them

  • Biggest cheers tonight were for the paper planes hitting the pitch. I’ve also learned that being close to Wembley as the crow flies means fuck all when it comes to the tube!   Anyway, 9th/10

Better.

Kane doing what he's very capable of; dropping off and pinging a great pass.

I immediately chuckled as Dublin had said Kane shouldn't do that, but stay up front.

Cracking pass - and run - and finish.

Another great cross field pass from Kane. He's been watching Morley :)

Be surprised if Ukraine finish the game with 11 men.

Incredible pass from Kane.

Not that bad, just done what bwfc have to take. England have to learn not to get frustrated, like Maddison did, and just keep moving the ball quickly.

Think Southgate rightly gets called for his love in with slab head and Henderson.

That said no big disaster. On to the next one.

On the face of it, its madness the Maguire thing but theres just nobody else is there?

Slab head was fine today, but Henderson seemed a bit off it. That said, so did a few of them.

Sooner or later though, the centre half will need replacing, and it may be useful to look at others, even if as subs during successful qualifiers and friendlies.

It's definitely the position we lack the most in terms of quality, right back to. Fuck knows who replaces walker?

Were littered with quality attacking players.

Probably need another top number 9 to come through soon tho. Kane only 2 tournaments tops left

I think it boils deeper than that. White, dunk etc are clearly better.

Clearly Southgate has created a good environment which I think is huge in international football.

That said it’s borderline embarrassing he is automatic. He was shagging one of our players when they scored.

Dunno about either of them tbh. White is a massive bender who doesnt even like football so I cant see past it :D

No Andy Todd or Taggs❤️

Has Foden shagged Southgate's missus?.....

Where's John Stones nowadays?
Wasn't he meant to be the next big thing?

Insipid display. Said to the missus before the game that I could see a draw here with our virtue signalling pansies not wanting to dispirit Ukraine whilst they have so much other stuff on their plate.

Southgate out. Get a proper football manager in.

Still recovering from his injury in the CL final.

Foden would walk in to every other team on the planet both club and country yet he struggles to get a game for both City and England.

He should be number 10, hes the most naturally gifted player we have.

Tbf he missed a lot of game time with City through illness last year..... Which should actually make him a shoe in for England 😁

Obviously a 33 Yr old Henderson playing testimonial games in Saudi is a better option 🤔

City mate scoffs whenever someone suggests "somethings" going on with Foden or that for whatever reason his club and international managers don't trust him to play in certain games. He's 23 though, I'd want to be starting him every single game if I could!

The fact Bellingham has to shift wide to accommodate a bloke playing out his pension in some uberloaded pub league is ridiculous.

Maguire, at the end, in attack, fucked up his control, lunged into the keeper's knee & then dived as though he'd been hit. Rolled about but was, rightly, booked & then spent two minutes with a slapped-face of disbelief.

Sums the fckr up tbh.

Hope it's his last game.

But, but, but ... he takes the knee so well, and wore (past tense) rainbow laces.

I’ve genuinely never heard of the bloke who was playing alongside McGuire

Harry Kane?

If only they'd shown the same kind of determination as our rugby lads. Still, they remain the world champion virtue signallers. Untouchable in that contest.

Had to look him up.

Another Chelsea player who played zero league games for Chelsea & was sold for £18m.

Didn't you just know he'd be playing for a London club.
