Rather they be rested to get properly fit for the long haul, rather than plough on, below par before getting knackered anyway. If it means a kid or two gets a game, so be it. Scored 11 in 17 games and 5 of those were in 2 games, so 6 in the other 15. Joe Dodoo scored one of the 11 and he played as lone striker on Saturday.
