I’m not sure why bankers bonus caps is relevant to this.  I have been very critical of this governments record on law and order and here is another example of how they have failed us. 
 

Police only charge someone for 6% of thefts/burglaries in the UK and many are not even investigated. Shocking stats.

It seems like it's a matter of racial and religious hatred between groups of Hindus and Muslims and is now attracting interest on the international stage - there has already been a press release from the High Commission of India about it.

I'm not sure Leicestershire Police, or really any local police force, are equipped to deal with the problem alone.
