  2. barry cowdrill replied to davidjack's topic in Terrace Talk
On Skybet we are second favourites for the drop behind Rotherham
  3. Or 66/1 to stay up
  4. Two lads in club shop before asking to see a seating plan of stadium, they never questioned them and went and got one, its not the MEN ffs!!!
  5. So so wrong Pratley immense as per since Lennon arrival
  6. Pratley absolutely outstanding and an immense performance. that bloke covered every blade of grass on that pitch and about time he starts getting credit for the work he does
  7. Were i am at is me and the lad weren't going to Sheff because of the cost (£45) so decided to go watch Chorley at Buxton(£9). Done Bournemouth/Reading and all the locals so wasnt a case of deserting BWFC for me just a costage thing & was a cracking day out to be honest.
  8. Quite a few Bolton lads at Chorley myself included today & down to the wire next Saturday away v Buxton & maybe a few wander off to Derbyshire
  9. They have this very very unhealthy obsession with us. Best way to deal with it is ignore them. I class the other 90 clubs more of a rival than these.
  10. This x 50
  11. This and get your money on as nailed on for going back up.will blow away everyone in play offs
  12. Been going since 1975 and its not not only the team but them orange warriors, wish i was an hard man/wish i was a bouncer, saw an innocent bloke with his son chucked out for having a go at linesman early doors, its a joke and told steward and he just laughed at me,get a fckin grip bwfc
  13. This & totally agree with the Freedman statemant
  14. Agree, don't think the boo boys were in attendance yesterday and got the feeling the players noticed this. Noticed the first bad pass wasn't greeted with the usual reebok chorus of boos as seems to be the norm these days.
  15. Remember think it was Graham Paddon coming on as sub for Norwich at Burnden late 70s in think some white or yellow boots and people in stitches laughing as most players still wore black and had not seen the likes before. Also does anyone remember the referee Roger Kirkpatrick he was quality.
  16. Just look what Wigan have done so far with change of new manager in Rosler. They will be top six by end of holiday fixtures with games they have coming up and we were both on same points before last Sundays game.DF sets up his team not to lose a game rather than looking to win a game if that makes sense and only when we go behind like as the last 2 games do we actually try and look to be more attack minded.
  17. Easter Saturday 1986 as a young 18 year old was a bit tasty to say the least.Train from Bolton early doors and was packed with all ages.Early afternoon the softies decided to attack us from outside smashing windows etc while we in a pub think was called Market Tavern at the time.Needless to say they soon did one when we piled out of pub.Old bill then arrived escorting some of us to shithole ground
  18. Also heard the same off a bloke at work who is a Wigan fan.
  19. Anyone got a link to this website,i used to have it in my favourites but disappeared for some reason.
