Thats the point, we've just had two put in near me...near blackspots or schools, nope on a wide bit of the road where its easy to get caught out, one of them has also been put in a place where the limits been dropped from 40 to 30 and its a two lane road! I nearly hit someone near one the other day, it flashed the person behind me, I looked back wonder what the fook that flash was, so did the person in front of me but they braked as well..I didn't and nearly got them

No idea if this helps, a girl at work did something similar and wrote, called local companies etc and asked for donations for a raffle, you would be surprised at how much tat they got and most of it decent, ok some of it was free stuff used in promo (but was still decent like some perfume companies dressing gown), give it a go might be worth it. They actually gave a free raffle ticket to anyone who sponsered them and it helped raise over a grand (from about 50/60 people)
