  1. well within his rights, but its a good job every irishman who was called a thick paddy and had the same treatment here didnt sue or the country would be skint
  2. hope it is load o ball, but didnt read it in the sun, i was listening to the commander of them on the radio who said thats why they weren't flying, Chris Evans show i think, but that seems to say different.
  3. no no, seriously impressed the way that dog lied down, bet theres not many on here can do that, no matter what they say. i tried to make my dog play dead once with a shot gun, could get it to play dead but not play alive again, thats the hard bit but you seemed to have cracked it.
  4. thats ok then, just when i thought you were a bit weird, you post a video showing your skill at making a dog lie down. hey, you the maaaaan bro (i believe thats a compliment to you young uns)
  5. think you answered your own question, and put the only comment i can think of too.
  6. wont be allowed to take part in the London ceromony due to the fact they are part of the military forces, that isn't allowed apparently.
  7. you wear a rangers shirt half the time and never known you worry about manchester before, are you ill?
  8. apologies if this has been on before, but just got it this morning and it made me laugh: Three Aussies were working on a high-rise building project - Steve, Bruceand Bluey.Steve falls off and is killed instantly. As the ambulance takes the body away, Bruce says, "Someone should go andtell his wife."Bluey says, "OK, I'm pretty good at that sensitive stuff, I'll doit."Two hours later, he comes back carrying a case of Fosters Beer.Bruce says, "Where did you get that, Bluey?""Steve's wife gave it to me," Bluey replies"That's unbelievable, you told the lady her husband was dead and shegaveyou the beer?""Well not exactly," Bluey says. "When she answered the door, Isaid to her'You must be Steve's widow'.She said, 'No, I'm not a widow.'And I said, 'I'll bet you a case of Fosters you are'."
  9. not the worse, but others dont advertise themselves out to be holiday resorts or even places for a day trip, then let you get there to find f*ck all only a run down fair and a load of scouse gypos selling sh*t, and a swimming pool that was shut. oh and a boating lake with no f*cking boats, and pubs that stop doing food at 2pm. i went for a day out with kids last year in august because i'd not been for years, and ended up getting back in the car and going to Blackpool instead.
  10. its crap; however, if you have young kids, then its f*cking twice as crap, but if you want to go for a nice meal and a beer in pleasant company and surroundings, then its twice as crap again. they even had the courtesy to put up a moving observation tower (which is crap) so you can see how crap it is from the air. so in summary, its crap.
  11. oscars on the corner of the precinct, is that where that game shop is or was it further back?

  14. i remember the grand opening too, thought it was the dogs b*llocks because it had a video juke box, that soon got wrecked i seem to recall. used to even come back from town to get in that place of a weekend, before 11 i think otherwise you wouldnt get in. guaranteed to go off evrey weekend, even every night of a weekend. some strange characters went in there, it reminded me of that bar in star wars at times such was the clientel
  15. went to Aushwitz when i was in Krakow, very humbling and disturbing place, but very intersesting too. kids were gassed there too, according to the retrieved papers and photo evidence, some were gassed with their mothers if their mothers were found to be of no use, and "keeping them alive" isnt exactly what they did with the useful ones, it was more like work them to death, starve them until they died as there was plenty more coming in all the time, they were considered commoditys rather than humans,so sometimes the ones who got weak were gassed to make room for the fresh input and the cycle started again. there a records there too from dr mengals(?) who carried out medical experiments on women and children, proper red ginger, and some of the reading in that is too disturbing even for on here. never really had a view on it before, only went for a change from getting p*ssed when was on a stag do there, but it does make you think how people could do that to other people no matter what their religion/politics. would reccomend the tour if anyone out in that neck of the woods.
  16. I agree, this is a waste of time, if anyone knows the results of knife crime, its the person whos just stabbed someone as he was there to see it, so no need to go and look at someone else.

  19. aye, similiar, there was anews clip a few years back, some bloke and his kid abou 8 were caught in a gun fight between israelis and palestinians over there some where, and he was trying to hide behind some steps with his arms aound his son, cowering from the bullets, and all of a sudden his son just went all limp and slipped fom his arms, hit by a stray bullet, was horrible and stayed with me for ages. sorry if thats depressing but just answering the question!
