  1. Me and my shadow I'm singing in the rain
  2. That some new pleasure increasing condom?
  3. Interesting article recently- interview with Harry Redknapp. He was bemoaning the PS2 era; massive downturn in the number of kids playing the game in the streets etc. Fewer genuinely talented players coming through. Leaves only talented foreigners etc to be picked over by the rich clubs and scraps for the rest. Lets be honest, apart from the last couple of rounds, the UEFA cup is dross nowadays. With the other points posted, a basic two tier system really does appear possible. Though, 'God forbid' what would happen if the top tier became unfashionable or boring?- Sky pull the plug? Perhaps I shouldn't have subscribed after all!
  4. Just wanting to 'flex' his muscles
  5. With the ineviatble defects the little one will have, I bet it'll be one hell of a wrist spinner for the Aussies cricket team
  6. Get it checked- I once had a punctured lung for several weeks and did nowt- thought it would go away, hurt like fook when breathing, and playing squash- well that was a killer! They took out 1.8 ltr of air, just in time to prevent potential permanent effects.
  7. I did- putting the obvious to one side, and a large gulp of alcohol, they are brilliantly managed and WANT TO WIN. Whenther we like it or not Smegson could have learned something from Fergies approach........ Tin hat on I loathe Benitez, Wenger never sees owt, and don't want johnny foreigner to win
  8. Cack, the atmosphere's non-existent all over. The geordies, in fairness to them are undeniably a passionate bunch, but still moaned and voiced their dissatisfaction of the fare under Big Sam. I go to everygame wanting to shout like fook, and do so at the start of every game, and still occasionally go home hoarse, but in all honesty, with some of the tripe on offer this season, I'd been better reading a fookin book for entertainment.
  9. Too true, but he shouldn't have fallen out with them first, massage the egos, suck their cocks if he has to, then fook em off. Allardyce did; would let Campo go home to spain for example, had no trouble from Anelka, was good at extracting was was left in quality players who had gone by the wayside. When Megson joined their was an article about him being nicknamed the major or sergeant- because he was essentially strict etc- well it's proved the case- his man mangement skills are cack. Maybe 20 or 30 years ago he'd have been ok, not now
  10. A good manager would know what players are slacking etc, but still be able to massage the egos or do whatever necessary, to get sufficient a level of performance out of them to keep us up. Once that's achieved, then fall out with them, get rid etc... Watch Bruce etc clear the decks, during the Summer. As you rightly say the players are capable of better, and indeed must take some of the blame; however it's his job as manager to keep us up etc and he's not succeeded. Moreover, prospective signings for next year will see this and not want to come- a new start will help all.
  11. Faye in midfield. Scared the fookin pants off the Arse, and scored goals against them. Remember seeing a photo in the Sun a couple of years back. He was airborne, looking like some drug crazed sloath, and Bergkamp was doing his utmost to get out of the way! Brill. Speed was got rid of because he was too strong a character, and Megson would run the risk of being undermined- ditto Big Sam's story of getting the boot from Millwall by George Graham.
  12. Why the fkuc not! Just for the hell of it! Or maybe to give the players, fans, and anyone else associated with the club a lift. Can do no worse than we are now, and might just keep us 30,40 or 60 million or whatever the prems worth (minus the ginger ones compo!)
  13. They've all been crap for the last few games. Initially (eg Portsmouth) they team was organised and we conceeded few goals, but couldn't score. Teams sussed this and now we are suffering. Midfield over-run and no protection for the defence. All comes down to not posing enough of a goal threat. Once we got a more solid base, Smegson should have let the team play a more attacking game- we would have lost a few but may have won a couple- possibly enough to keep us up. Instead, negative, boring dross that's outdated and ineffective
  14. Beginning to warm to the idea of Freddie/BSA (or maybe it's the drink!!) A certain ex Leeds chaiman has transformed Cardiff after the exploits of Sam Hammam, so maybe people can come good (Megson excluded)
  15. Absolutely, if no one wants to buy then.... But if someone does, and he won't put more money in/or sell then may be a different story See if Shepherd etc does make an offer!
  16. From Reuters Newsagency: "Today, as a result of season long drug testing, 19 out of 20 teams have had their seasons points removed for playing smacked up players. Only Bolton Wanderers were found to be clean and they will be crowned champions of the premiership, should their 26 point lead not be overtaken between now and the end of the season" 1.4.08
  17. Agree with bobbers, far from the finished article, but will play in a better team than ours
  18. 18 points from last 18 games last year
  19. Tis a good job they tried
  20. Fell out with Allardyce- the rest is history
  21. Not been the same since Anelka went- works hard but tries to do too much- can you blame him when those around you are pants!
  22. Can you truly see us getting a win? Megson has lost the players, and they in turn are happy to let him take the crap; just turn up and take the money
