  1. Pure speculation, but its probably a correct assumption.
  2. Problem is NB, the challenge doesn't pay enough.
  3. Sorry? Personal abuse has no place on these forums.
  4. It has been proven time and time again that we cant sit back on a lead, so why do that by taking off the most dangerous player we have currently at the club, and bring on a player that is always giving the ball cheaply and in dangerous positions. Perhaps McCann wasnt directly resposible for the equaliser, but the chances are that if Klasnic had still been on the pitch, or even if Elmander had been brought on for him instead and therefore not sitting on a lead, Hull would have been defending instead of us.,
  5. Traf, im of the opinion that you talk a lot of sense and your posts are usually on the money, but this time you are wrong, very wrong!
  6. He was good at scaring the shit out of us with his backward headers to the 'keeper
  7. Should/Could Laville not make that short list? I know he wasnt with us long, but he made a huge impression whilst he was here.
  8. I couldnt agree more, but those players where adequate for the division and opposition they played against, where as Cid and Knight are totally inadequate the the PL.
  9. I would say he is on par with Gerald Cid in the "Totally Shite CB" stakes
  10. I think that it is a point gained myself, after all, much better sides than Bolton have gone away from Turf Moor with jack shit. Todays game really showed us how much we miss Muamba breaking up play in the midfield, and how lightweight we are without him.
  11. 0-1 SKD to score. Burnley wont know how/be able to handle him.
  12. Dan, if you go through Hindley, dont bother, i tried this morning and the place is freakin Ice Rink.
  13. If you drive SAAB, scrap the git, GM (General Motors, not Gary Megson) have just shut them down.
  14. iamin as work a bugs dick away from the DW
  15. That sounds like Gaz Holland, i went to every match with him, home and away. We always stood in that area about 10-15 yards to the right of the painted wall err toilet. just before the roof.
  16. My God, wheres that rope gone?
  17. But surely thats is the point HJ, he isnt having a go at the players in public and neither is he blaming the fans for the teams substandard performances. Everything is kept in the dressing room, so there is no need for him to apologise for any Megson style embarrasing public outburst.
  18. And welcome to the forum.
  19. Nope, all home grown, right here in Bolton
  20. Didnt go into the Crofters tonight, instead we went to the Claremont, which used to be the Lamb, a bit quiet, but the beer was cheap and the bar staff was mighty fine.
  21. Aahh i suspected as much, i used to frequent that place as a kid in the early nineties, and enjoyed the interacting with the local talent on many occasions. Its sad to hear what has happened to it.
  22. Which Crofters are you taking about? The one up Halliwell Rd, the one near the Church at the lights, or the one near Horwich. I guessing its not the one on Halliwell Rd, as i was in there last Wednesday and plan to be in there sometime after 8 tonight.
  23. Cheers Manny, only thing is, i have lost my license key. Good job its only ?15 or so from Scan.
