  1. Lee Child or Gerald Seymour - cracking reads
  2. More likely to play in the Championship there, than the Champions League
  3. Thought we had signed another one of Rigoberts' nephews
  4. I remember Wick Barrett and Mike Godding. Wick used to live off Chorley Old Road near Waldeck street, and later was a DJ I used to have an LI 150 Series 2, but was still at school so had very little money to do it up. Still thought I was the mutts nuts though
  5. Trotters - used to have the best juke box in Bolton too
  6. iPhone - style over substance Windows Mobile phones do far more, although I must admit the iphone browser is better
  7. Delap told BBC Radio Stoke: "No disrespect to Bolton but it is a good game for us, a good chance to get the three points. http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/t...ity/7461568.stm
  8. Reading play off Munich Beating United 3-0 at home just before christmas - 1978/1979 I think
  9. Those are last years fixtures for next season (including friendlies) now in outlook format. 1) go to http://www.gui-innovations.com/fixtures/bwfc2008-2009.vcs and when asked please save the file 2) In outlook do File>Import And Export>Import an iCalendar or vCalendar file. DON'T double-click on the file or you will only get the first fixture (Outlook problem - not mine) 3) Click on 'Next' 4) Change the file type to vCalender format(*.vcs) in the 'Files of type' box, and select the file you saved (bwfc2008-2009.vcs) Hopefully, your new fixtures should be imported into Outlook Any problems, I'm sure somebody will let me know Cheers
  10. Give me a few minutes - at the moment some are importing with an incorrect time Cheers

I have an O2 Stellar (HTC Kaiser) which is a Windows mobile phone Big memory, takes micro SD card for expansion, built in GPS for SatNav, WIFI, office compatible s/ware for Excel/Word/Powerpoint listen to music, rip DVD's for it, GPRS/3G for speed, etc etc Substance over style as opposed to style over substance Could be biased though, as I also develop Windows Mobile s/ware ::::::
  12. Great machine for what it is - Weighs < 1KG, great battery life. Used mainly for surfing/mail/etc. Ideal as a backup to a laptop, but not as a replacement for one. Latest version just announced with more storage etc.
  13. I mailed the guy who wrote the article, and got the reply.... Thanks Unfortunately I cannot divulge Ivan's address. However, If you would not mind sending an email to Ivancampo@guillembalague.com we have set up an account for him so that he can receive, and will hopefully reply to your words. I can assure you that, having spoken at length with Ivan regarding this matter, he will be very much appreciate hearing from you Thank You
  14. We had 3 season tickets last season. Yesterday, we got the 'season ticket' pack - exhorting us to re-new. OK - I can accept we get one copy each. Today, we get another 3 packs costing whatever - hope it doesn't eat into our flair players transfer budget
  15. Top bloke - treated shabbily when he left. Latest in a long line who the fans were unable to say goodbye to - Youri, JJ etc.
  16. Amused that Farnworth has book shop
  17. Been working in Hawick today - just come down the M6 and there are loads of cars, mini-buses and coaches Glasgow (or half of it) will be empty tomorrow

  21. There were 27,160 at the Reebok, and a fantastic atmosphere - Match Report We had a skilful team, full of passion, and a manager that cared. Fast forward 5 years - almost to the day. We have a manager who appears not to have a passionate bone in his body, and appears clueless on tactics. We have a team demoralised, and I can't see a way of them being galvanised. We have a crowd 30% lower, that have lost interest, will get on the teams back if we start losing, and loads of them will leave the ground 10 minutes before the end of the game, regardless of the score at the time. As in the famous George Best quote - 'Where did it all go wrong?' Over to you Mr. Gartside for your comments
  22. Heard he was being asked to front a consortium, as opposed to heading it or putting it together.
