  1. id say the keeper was at fault for the second. i dont think meite's english is up to much, there was something in the local paper here about it. his best work for us was definately done when he played alongside faye
  2. why not? we lost a poor game to a team no better than ourselves. i'm not overly impressed to see joey o'brien on the right wing and if replacing elmander with mccann is the best we can do, then we need more players in asap on the plus side we looked pretty solid, muamba and cahill were good again. just rather gutted as that was a good opportunity to get some points on the board and i can't see our upcoming away games being any easier. good day out though
  3. what like last time?
  4. I really can't see Fulham selling him I don't mind Joey O'B, but this would be a real improvement
  5. if gomez and limond can floor khan than i wouldn't like to see what hatton would do to him....actually i would
  6. Definately. Hope the weather is slightly better than last year
  7. really thought we would of taken more than 7/800, especially after the stoke result. I'm in anyway, first visit to the toon, should be a good session
  8. i remember watching in the cinema and laughing constantly for the first half an hour or so going to order on dvd now

How many of them ever made a profit?
  12. good shout, our team looks very workmanlike at the moment. surely we are after a ball playing midfielder, muamba looks more of a destructive player from what i've heard/seen
  13. just got involved on a late deal for ayia napa on wednesday
  14. in a midfield 3, along with nolan and muamba, who's your preference out of them lot? for the record i'm not really that arsed we haven't signed him, but i think some are being harsh on what he contributed last season
  15. is he not better than cohen, mc cann and joey o'b??
  16. i honestly thought that pic was a hoax until an ad dropped through the letterbox this morning awful!
  17. i wonder where brown will play him, he was playing up front on the right of a three when he did his best work for us
  18. Charlotte Jackson has kept me tuned into Setanta Sports News this afternoon
  19. all the physical advantages are with khan, at least gomez will have a go though, might be interesting for a 2/3 rounds...bigger puncher than willie limond
  20. limited talent? have you seen how far he can throw the ball?
  21. leaving my job today some people reckon its unlucky
  22. Here's what a big blue nose had to say: 'Wins a lot of balls in midfield, tough tackling but couldn't pass a sh*t. Gives it straight back. Also doesn't score - one for us I think in two seasons. He aint your next Yori that's for certain.' Still think this a half-decent signing though from what I've seen of him...still need to bring in a more creative midfielder in addition to this i should think
  23. I think i'd prefer that to Moors
  24. Friday 5pm - Sunday 3am ish.......just aboutl managed to attend the Birmingham home game on the sunday(last day of 05/06 season) and force down a fosters before the game
