Remember 8-9 weeks ago when we had decent/nice weather and some people got injured on a beach and 2 kids even died?? There was a big hoo harr and someone was arrested! What ever happened?? Does anyone know?, It all went very quiet after a few days, as if everyone involved was told to keep their mouths shut.

I don't like Blackburn Rovers but they are really nothing to me, however a couple of games i watched last season (for no particular reason) involved them and i quite enjoyed the game . They were away at Huddersfield and away at Millwall and both games the came back strongly. Twats.

Had this discussion with some Plymouth fans at Wembley, in the early rounds of the pizza cup or other crap competitions, instead of putting in the likes of Evertons kids or Villa kids etc, why not put in some of the elite ladies teams like City, Chelsea, Arsenal etc. Be more interesting and if it doesn't work nothing really spoiled.

Used to enjoy Piccadilly Sport on a Saturday affy in the late 70s early 80s. If the Whites were away, the jingle for a local side conceding was "Oh No!" Straight after the 3:00 news you would quite often get an "Oh No!!" Followed by "bad news Bolton fans, lets go off to Craven cottage where Bolton have fell behind early on" (other grounds were widely available).

Iirc, the other semi was spurs v wolves. Out of all of those teams Ipswich were by far the better team at the time, can't remember the other 3 being owt special at the time.
