I don't get to BWFC matches often enough these days but it was less than an hour away... when the lad got sent off I muttered something like "that's spoiled the game" (if there's any argument for a sin-bin that was it... he knew he'd fkd up and apologised all round after making sure our man was okay). The match had long periods of play like a defence v attack training session and we showed little movement up top although things improved after the first subs. Like you, I was wanting to get it into the mixer and spin off the defenders rather than stand marked up waiting for the perfect pass. Three points away from home though

Substitute "Baltic, Black Sea and Eastern European States" for "Europe". They have grown up being subsidised within a Soviet Empire and now they have their independence they are demonstrating their inability to exist without "freeloading" from another bloc. Mr Z kept saying "we are fighting your war"... not for me pal, I don't particularly like you easterly lot (including Putin) but I will tolerate you and do business. Regarding being European, I'll admit to having commonality with French, Germans, Dutch etc. but I have little in common with the other earthlings from east of Austria including the Balkans. As I have said previously those regions have spawned many major wars and any conflicts need to be contained.
