I couldn’t care less, I’m happy it’s a Bolton company and they’re ploughing money into us, I respect everything they’re doing for us.

  • Toughsheet was trending on Twitter yesterday. Job done. Club gets a cash injection, Jeff Stelling makes a thin joke every week to keep the sponsors happy and we all call it the Reebok like w

Bolton are Tough Sheet everywhere we go.

It’s not like Wiggin fans can take the piss playing at The Dick Wipe Stadium. 😂

They will have a Tough Sheet stuck to them for months.

I'm sure all the talk, and the obvious double entendre, is precisely what the company want- in fact ots probably why, in part at least, the chose the name on the first place.

Regardless of the business side, that's an absolute horrific name, been looking at for 15 minutes still trying comprehend that it's not a joke.

I dont think anybody thout otherwise

Whether double entendres fit  the FV mantra is a completely different matter

Fwiw, they should sell to whoever gives to best deal, be it TS, QQ or whoever

No it's NOT

90% of Howfen have been aware of this for at least 4 weeks.

No problem with the name.

5 year deal , 4 times what Reebok paid for a 10 year deal.

Plenty of publicity.

100% OK by me .

FV won't give a hoot about double entendres.

So long as it's not a gambling company, the rest is business.

Especially given the philanthropic nature and the connection to a deceased passionate supporter.

Paid good money. Can’t say I’m bothered about the name as I’ve just called it ground or stadium for years.

The Reebok. Always was, is & will be.

It surprised me, to be honest

I didn't really think it'd be their kind of thing

Anyway, has it been clarified yet whether it's TS Community stadium of Toughsheet Community stadium?

one positive is that those vultures peel have cock all to do with the club

I hope FV have a sense of humour as well as business heads.

It’s not that bad. Ask them who play out of Jonny Rocks Wham or New Lawns (whatever it is).

Go on I’ll say it, I like it.

I’ll still call it the Reebok though.

I think we missed a trick by not giving the stadium a name when we moved in ( riverside and pride park for example) . that way you just tag the sponsors name onto it and the fans can just ignore the sponsor name when you get a shit one .
By still referring it to the reebok were all just picking the best sponsor name of a list with one good name  on it

It's harmless enough, and a successful, local company with a wonderful back story chucking a good wedge at the club is very much their kind of thing.

To be worth £45m, she's not that much of a snow flake! :)

It's not as if the company is named the "dogwank recycling" or some such neither!

I'm hearing £750k a year plus the cost of the new pitch.

Surely we've had a bigger deal previously?

Nope .

Reebok sponsored Ryan Giggs boots for more money than they handed over to us for a ten year contract.
