There is a bit at top with a red dot on that you click and it takes you to your reserved seats.

Pretty easy.

That’s because they’re at ‘assign’ level whereas they need to be at ‘manage’ level for this one. Log in to your network and look at each one and it’ll make sense.

  • This might seem a daft question, but are you sure you're logging in to the right section of the website?  Confused me in the early days of this system, because I was logging in to the BWFC website its

Yeah, she's in my network and I can assign tickets to her but can't edit to manage her account and purchase her ticket.  No idea what her log in details were and neithers she!

I'm sure there's probably a way around it but I'm fecked if I can suss it.  The systems been clunky as feck all season and my numptyness probably doesn't help

Click on her account in your network (making sure it’s the CRN that matches her season ticket) and click ‘Edit’

Was thinking that. All this going on the day after a session on the ale :D

So why wasn’t this communicated that its needs to be manage & not assign this the system glitch?

Bless you for your attempts at helping a numpty but that doesn't come up as an option.  It says I can either assign or send an email to her.  Her reference is connected to my log in and my email address.  We probably needed to link a different email address to her reference when we first set this up.

If I can do it .

Anyone can.

Cannot believe the queue at the ground at 12.30,  it was past TK max .

Why not lineup along side Sub Way and KFC.

Which train? We came via Newport then through Hereford and Shrewsbury to Piccadilly.
The annoying thing is the Great Western trains (Bristol to Newport) are bloody great but the Transport for Wales (Newport to Piccadilly) are a bag of shite. Proper rattlers.

Thankfully the early kick off meant I was back in the hotel for not long after 9. Longest sleep I’ve had in weeks!

It’s not a glitch as such as it’s exactly the same process if you wanted to renew someone else’s season ticket. It’s just a lack of familiarity with the process (at both ends) which isn’t helped by not reserving seats for cup games.

Do the send an email option. It just gives you a link to click to approve upgrading the account and you’ll be sorted. Even better if it goes through to you.

CrossCountry direct from Bristol to Piccadilly. We did the via Newport route on Saturday and it was rammed.

I’m still waiting for an e mail to be sent from this morning that allows me to manage their account 🤷🏻‍♂️

I requested one and it was done in seconds

Id guess somebody used another email...maybe they should check their account?

Same, I’ve done 4 today and they all came within seconds. Worth cancelling the request and trying again or certainly check the email address on their account.

Got mine easily and some for a mate who doesn't have a season ticket.

Yes all of them are under my e mail address, I’ll try and cancel and see what happens. Failing that I’ll bell them tomorrow

Just to try and make it easier to understand, though Leyther Matt:

'Assign'  on a network member would normally be enough to use to purchase an away tickets on priority during the season (or a Wembley ticket).

The manage option is to purchase a specific seat that has already been reserved at home for a ST holder by the system, to give ST holders the chance to guarantee their seat. Previous cup games this season were basically on open sale with ST Priority, so assign would work fine.

I've got my mate and his nearly 80 year old Dad, both on holiday in different places, and not due back until Saturday. My mate got his email to allow me to manage and accepted the request, all sorted within 10 minutes. His Dad is not contactable and probably can't remember what he has had for his breakfast, never mind the email address it might have been set up under. So I queued in the rain on a bank holiday for 1 hr 20 minutes to sort his out and had to pay 2 quid parking too. I think he's buying the drinks.

Not sure how I’m culpable for any issues. I don’t work for the club but have previous experience of the system so was just spending half my day on here trying to help folk out 👍 Apologies if I’ve taken your post the wrong way

Took 2 mins online, little red button in the top right.

2 quid admin fee annoyed me

from reading this thread it's no wonder the queue was so big outside the ticket office today

Are we 100% that it will be assign and not manage for the away fixture?

You using them 6 kids tickets again for the wways ?

When does the seats that haven’t been taken up by the season ticket holders become available?

Wednesday isn’t it when it’s general sale

All remaining seats will then go on general sale to all supporters with a club eticketing account -  registered on or before 1st April 2023 - from 9am on Wednesday 10th May.

If you mean a seat that's currently reserved to a season ticket holder but hasn't been taken then Wednesday

If you mean a seat that isn't currently reserved to a season ticket holder, you can buy tickets for those now
