Just reading that. Well respected at your place or not?

The types who hang around the boardroom hospitality reckon he’s a nice chap. Don’t really know his full remit but will be a familiar face for Schumaker

Crikey, with Evatt here it was all Blackpool and now under Schuey it’s all Plymouth? Any decent players going? 😁

Hardie has a year left of contract if you have a spare 500k.

Looks like out with old in with the new who do you want as your new manager if he goes the Germany ?

Muslic has gone. I’d take a steady hand like Wagner after last couple of seasons.

Didn’t think would even be considered given number of managers with Championship experience available but apparently he is mates with David Fox just appointed as Head of Football.🤢

Meanwhile David Ray our head of finance is heading to you and CEO Andrew Parkinson being poached by Blackburn.

Think I’ll go back to bed.

Funnily enough I can see Evatt doing well with Plymouth or Cardiff. He desperately needed the break from Bolton as he'd lost his marbles but if he's reset himself and goes back to how he was first 2/3 years he'll be a success with a decent squad.

Whoever takes over Plymouth or Cardiff will have them in the top 6 IMO, unless their squads get absolutely stripped bear.  IE would appear to be doing OK because he'll inherit a squad that he hasn't put together.  So he won't have players that lack physicality, he won't have several no.10s and he will have a centre forward with a bit of aerial threat and strength.  The longer he stays and implements his own style and recruitment policy, the worse he'll make them.  But he might just get them promoted in the first season because even he will struggle to make them worse than most L1 sides within a few months.

Is there a hotel at your ground Genie?

Any florists close by?

No hotel, luckily the last shyster chairman didn’t get to go through with his shit development plans.

Seems Evatt’s reputation precedes from early social media reactions to his link.

The club chose Muslic over reappointing SS at Xmas as wanted to move away from “Pep ball” so be surprised if he gets job.

Shows how far Evatts stock fell with defeat at Wembley. I've seen Plymouth fans say they'd be unhappy with IE but want Buckingham instead. Mental.

Yes and the same with Cardiff fans yet when you think about it what has Buckingham actually done? I know he got Oxford up but was it really his team or Mannings and Wembley we gifted it to him.

Evatt's been rumoured for a few jobs now and every time it happens it's met with a fucking horrified reaction from each club's supporters

I'm pleased other fans saw what he was.

Maybe the faintest of a deep dive exposes that he was an over-tolerated, arrogant, tantrumming, preening, one-trick pony with personal lifestyle habits that you'd be ashaming to be associated with.

I'm sensing you weren't a fan :D

His personality is the problem

That and he had more than one attempt to get us out of this league and failed to

I think you're right. I'd not realised how much he'd pissed other fans off during his time with us.  Still surprises me that those Argyle fans preferred the option of Buckingham over him - a bloke who's had a good 3 months in management compared to Evatts 1 promotion, 1 cup and 2 near misses.
