He did score v Barnsley at home in play off though.

But a strange stat that a 20 goal striker hasn’t scored a league goal at home since January.

It is, but if teams are focusing on him, and others then "fill the gaps" then his presence is still working and vital.

True, but that’s really difficult to quantify. Rightly or wrongly we as fans are always going to judge a striker on goals.

Hmm, don't think that's entirely fair. Kevin Davies wasn't a particularly prolific goalscorer, but did a tremendous job for us.

I suppose you quantify them by the results and points accrued.

Does that include how many AST holders are trying to flog theirs? 🤫😀

The very same people who are joking now will be moaning when they miss out on Stevenage and Bristol Rovers tickets.

MMW.

Absolutely. I won’t be happy about it, but fortune favours the brave. I was a bug’s dick away from buying an AST with the plan of quietly flogging any I couldn’t make*, not advertising them on Facebook before they’ve even gone on sale. That’s poor form in anyone’s book IMO.

*Figured I wasn’t going to do Oxford or Wycombe away midweek. Since booked a hotel in Oxford and mate has said he’ll drive to Wycombe 🙄

Fair play.

My son was nearly in too, but same re the two aways you mention.

Agree too re the re-sale element.

Seen one lad on the FB ticket group, away season ticket holder who sold Cheltenham, and struggling to sell 5 for Burton

Might sound harsh but I hope he doesn’t shift them and ends up dropping out of the scheme by November

It’s the train strikes that is deterring folk from going; I will drive but this would have been a great away day with a direct train from Worcestershire Parkway. TBH if you have signed up for the away season ticket you shouldn’t be missing games like this though

Yeah they’ll absolutely find much tougher challenges than a 90 minute drive on a Bank Holiday Saturday
