BeeversLeftPeg Posted August 24, 2023 Posted August 24, 2023 Lad with me and the father in law for this one so seated as well. 0-2 and I can sling him in the pitch when we bag the second. Quote
Members bolty58 Posted August 24, 2023 Members Posted August 24, 2023 Never look forward to this fixture. Any sort of a win and I'd be happy. I'd even settle for a draw (probably). Quote
Smiley Posted August 24, 2023 Posted August 24, 2023 We will bounce back with a fine victory. 3-1. Quote

Site Supporter only1swanny Posted August 24, 2023 Site Supporter Posted August 24, 2023 Is there a way of watching this as it doesn't appear to be on Wanderers TV Quote

I assume you'll need a VPN but if so it should be available here https://www.burtonalbionfc.co.uk/matches/mens-first-team/202324/august/burton-albion-vs-bolton-wanderers-on-26-aug-23/ Quote

As usual, they've just left it to the fans to work it out as they go along. Saturday's game isn't showing as available, even with a VPN. Edited August 24, 2023 by Cheese Quote
Moderators Casino Posted August 24, 2023 Moderators Posted August 24, 2023 Thats my understanding A HOME season ticket Then by the game for aways If thats true, its a backward step, imo Quote

I had no idea Away games were included in the overseas season ticket on iFollow. If that's the case, they've fucked it up, like every digital service. I'm sure they'll get there one day... Quote
auckland_bwfc Posted August 24, 2023 Posted August 24, 2023 We win this easily. Absolute backlash from last week is in order. Good time to play them, Saturday, not dark cold n horrid. My only concern is just how much of the hard earned I stick on it. Lots! Quote

I have a season ticket think it cost 160 pounds and you get all league games plus papa John stuff but no cup games just the same service as I follow Quote

Obviously comms are shit so we are left to speculate, but are you saying you get away games, too Wonder why ifollow would facilitate that, unless we make wanderers tv available to ifollow? Quote

Aways are on yes. When I signed up it stated all league games plus papa johns would be live, same as last few years with I follow,Cheltenham game was live. I’m assuming Burton will be on to,if not I might have words. Quote

I would advise caution but hopefully you will prove me wrong. Quote
Wanderlust Posted August 25, 2023 Posted August 25, 2023 Slightly concerned about this if only because White63 has confidently predicted another thumping win - although TBF he does that every game. Still, I'm waiting until we've played 10 or so games to be confident of where we actually are, even though the WIgan fiasco suggested Evatt's dogmatic objective of playing beautiful attacking football with "affordable" players is still prone to the soft centre we showed against the better teams last season. Shouldn't be long before CMG and Maghoma are fully settled in and firing which will help the cause but I can't help feeling we're a signing short. At least this attempt to subdue Burton at their place won't be played on a bog in the rain so hopefully we'll come good this time around. Quote
