Aye yeah, was Lincoln

I've gone slightly mad and just done a £5 bet builder:

- Whites to win 5-0

- Cambridge to win 1-0, Kachunga goal.

Whether I'll be happier with going into the last game with a real chance of going up, or the £9.5k in my bank, who can say?

It was looking a realistic bet until the Kachunga goal bit

Imagine it'd be the best bit of work he ever did for us, even including the Accy and Wembley goals

We have to just go for this. No talk of taking it easy. If Derby slip up and we don't capitalise because we played a half-arsed team, the manager will be chased out of Town. Go for the f-kin jugular

Good luck!

4-0 with derby losing 1-0 meaning we go into last game level on points and goal difference, final day shootout coming up!

I really have no clue why you’d be happy going into last game level with Derby, us playing Peterborough away them playing Carlisle at home.

Because it means we'd still have a chance of going up automatically

Which is better than not having a chance of going up automatically

yeah, if you put it like that, you might have a point.

My point in calling TroySwoosh out on his post was that it was all wishful thinking. If, however, your going to wish for “4-0 with derby losing 1-0” in order to all go into the final game all level, you may as well wish for 8-0 Bolton, Derby lose 4-0 thereby pretty much giving us the promotion with a win or matching the result of Derby v Carlisle.

That's not what his point was though.

It was merely stating the particular situation that could arise, and the potential intrigue that would result.

I'm quite sure he'd wish for a bigger win for us, and a bigger defeat for Derby.

Fuck me. What a weird point to make.

Just go all out attack ,these need points so I don't see them sitting back. Let's at least try and get that goal difference closer.

I did think of saying 12-0 to us and derby losing 42-0 but didn't think cambridge would get over 40

It's not

But some reason these opportunities keep presenting themselves due to Derby's inability to get the expected result

Then we don't get the expected result

Expect the unexpected

5-0 to us and 1-0 to Cambridge puts us ahead

Then expect us to blow it

4 players we really miss when they don’t play, hope at least 2 or 3 of them can make it today.

Santos, Jones, Sheehan, Charles.

We look lost for ideas without them & shaky at the back.

I can’t explain why or since when, cause I’m sure I’ve looked at the league table since Tuesday, but I genuinely thought we were 4 points behind Derby.

Right that’s it now, mentality change for the day. Big win for us, Derby lose, back in our hands … 🤣

I can see them getting a draw

They won’t drop points in 2 games unfortunately

Managed to acquire an under 23s for our peg. Not saying she looks old like, but if I go ticket office will they simply upgrade it?

Just use it pal. Used ours on numerous occasions without upgrading, not been pulled up once.

Last game of season, can’t see them getting stringent all of a sudden
