Thanks 👍

Plenty of time to go. Don’t rest on your laurels. Sure we will see some dots and projections and member/ST holder calculations yet!!!!

There will be loads of non ST members buying tomorrow, myself included.  Numbers will top out around the 25k matk but I don't see it being any less than that.  Similar to Preston  at millennium and Watford late 90's.

There are 8 of us in our network who are non-ST. I only know of one who definitely isn’t going at the moment. Should be a surge in sales tomorrow morning to try to get half decent seats

I'm on £500 already and I've not even thought about petrol, food and drink.

Christ. For the whole family?

I’ll be close £400 with trains & accom from Scotland. Trying to be a yogurt weaver and not fly but might have to. Trains are crazy money.

Tight budgets these days. For a lot, a few hundred just ain’t possible. Be great to see the club do free travel for those who need it.

We’re on £473.50 between the two of us for ticket, return train and two nights at a 4* hotel in Watford. Which I don’t think is too bad all things considered. Can certainly be done cheaper if you do a day trip or drive down, but how often do we get to Wembley? 😃

Great deal for all that mate.

These are rare opportunities and worth the expense.

I’m driving there and back, fuel card covers that so a freebie.

Will park at Wealdstone as it was a good in and out last year, that’s £7.50

Tickets £100 for me and the lad. So a pretty cheap do.

If I was staying over and boozing, you can easily add another £350 on to that.

Not a cheap weekend at short notice for families.

To be honest, it’s been on the cards for a while after we hit the bad run in the new year.
I remember in 97 thinking we’d probably end up in the play-offs so booked a holiday in Portugal and missed the QPR and City games. It’s all about planning. Good or bad.

(we beat Oxford 4-0 after the City game)

I’m on E’s cunt list for not sorting my daughter’s ticket after the Barnsley game, but the old gent at the ticket office was ace in sorting today. Double checked it had been reassigned for us before I was on my way.

Aye 2 nights in hotel, 2 adults 2 kids tickets etc etc.

Be close to a brass band by time we've done and I've had 15 £8 pints :D

I’m more thinking about families of 3 or 4, on a tight budget.

I know a lad and his missus who are ST holders and go with their 2 young boys and they’ve no chance of being able to afford it, so will make a day of it in front of the telly. He said cheapest way they could do it was coach but even that with tickets and a bit of spends is touching £450.

I know we’re all millionaires on here, but there’s normal folk out there who are having to live in Corbyns Britain on a budget 🙃

Of course. Ive been there and missed out myself when I was skint. It was the short notice comment (which I highlighted) that I was commenting on. If anyone misses out for financial reasons, there will be another day. It’s what we do. 👍

I'm not skint, I can afford to do it, but it's an expense I could easily have done without, especially paying for two.

So, it's a 'cheap' day trip for me rather than the weekender I did for PJT.
