The Cosgrove that plays against us, there's an argument to be made that he's a type of forward we don't have (battering ram), the one that plays against everyone else, I'll pass.

Langstaff may be a good call but I think our budget for forwards is spent.

With Maghoma apparently going back to Brentford we'll need a replacement regardless of what division we're in.

If we get promoted it will also depend on whether or not Evatt wants to continue with three at the back and playing high risk attacking football. If so he'll probably be looking to upgrade the WBs to those with better defensive capabilities when required. Club have already said they'd look abroad for recruits if we go up. They'll have to find a few bargains as we can't compete with clubs on parachute payments.

If we don't get promoted a lot will depend on our financial situation as there was an implication that Collins was a bit of a stretch - albeit an enforced one.

Wherever we are I doubt we'll be in the market for suspects like those mentioned above but ultimately it will come down to the money and the due diligence which is allegedly stats based. There is a recruitment plan in place for both scenarios.

Was really enjoying that Wrexham show (seems I'm in the minority here on that), can't bring myself to watch the new season as he'll be a big part of it. Also really want to be promoted for many reasons but one of them is so they don't try to cast us as the season antagonist next series.

McClean won’t break any pots in Lg1 -his back legs have gone.

Cosgrove? He played well over 2 legs against us, but apart from that it’s been a fairly average season, for a fairly average Lg1 bruiser.

Wouldn’t want either of them anywhere near our club.

I've not watched one second of it.

There's little doubt that Ryan & the other one have had a stunning impact on the town though AND made a profit on it, albeit by chucking cash at everything to an FFP busting extent.
