A corky. Made me laugh that. Not heard that for a bit. I don’t follow bat’n’ball though. Quote

Popular Post Krimzon Posted April 12, 2025 Popular Post Posted April 12, 2025 Dont care if its the first team B team , reserves under 9s womens girls or whatever . Id rather watch this than West Ham vs Chelsea in the prem . Bolton or nothing . Quote
Jol_BWFC Posted April 12, 2025 Posted April 12, 2025 Penalty aside, the finishing was better than our men’s first team. The player on crutches was giving off Eoin Toal vibes (v Plymouth at Wembley). Quote

Krimzon Posted April 13, 2025 Posted April 13, 2025 The Women drew with Stanley today . meaning the last game of the season on Sunday at the Toughsheet vs PNE they could win The title and promotion . Only the Champions go up . Anything other than a win means relying on Stanley to drop points . I may take the kids to this . Quote

We bought tickets a couple of weeks back and as you say, yesterday’s slip up means we can secure the title at the stadium this coming Sunday. Which has worked out great really! Could be a fantastic and potentially historic moment for the women’s set up. Good luck to them Quote
kent_white Posted April 14, 2025 Posted April 14, 2025 Playing at the Reebok on Sunday for the first time. £3. I might go along to have a look and give them some moral support.....! Quote

jmjhb Posted April 14, 2025 Posted April 14, 2025 (edited) A win on Sunday and they've won the league and promoted 1900 sold so far. Record for Tier 6 is 3600 by Brentford I believe Edited April 14, 2025 by jmjhb Quote

Popular Post barryk32 Posted April 14, 2025 Popular Post Posted April 14, 2025 (edited) We've been watching them a few times, we've even travelled to away games. My little girl had one of the best experiences of her life yesterday leading them out at Chorley and she was with her favourite player too Eleanor Seals. These girls have inspired my daughter miles more than the mens team because she can identify with them. She didnt even know girls could play football until they were at the Christmas party They have inspired her so much that she has just signed up for Astley Bridge U7's. The blokes banging on about how shit womens football is are the same ones losing their rags at kids U12's on a Saturday morning, which I find weird as fuck. They are smashing it and are absolutely fantastic with the kids. Long may it continue. Edited April 14, 2025 by barryk32 Quote
