I was critical of Dalby's technical 'abilities' at Half Time, but he was good second half. Won everything tossed up to him and I do think he'll excel if we maintain the wing-backs. Earlier crosses outswinging away from the keepers with an extra man to get any seconds.. I hope we keep it up. I think we have the personnel for it now

Fair enough, I take it back if that was his response, fair play to him.  Its a strange situation especially for the loan players, they will be focused on making an impression and maybe getting a permanent move but will want success to be with them in the team.  A bit different for the likes of Sheehan, Johnston, Simons, Conway who are more embedded in the team/squad even if they are occasionally dropped.  They can be confident of being part of any success short and medium term so you'd think would be more invested in the team winning without them in it.

There will most likely be players in the squad who when they're not playing, will want us to lose. It's quite natural. Loanee's or Perms

I would say that applies to most of them, completely understandably. 

Cissokho and Gale are 22/23 and have already played for 6/7 clubs in various European countries. I wouldn't expect either of them to care that we beat Wigan when they weren't on the pitch.

Bit different when I guess the players will all be win bonuses. Most first team players will be making money when we win and they are in the squad. Maybe more if actually playing but still all about £££.
