Mention for Bonham, didn't have a lot to do, but looked very calm and assured in everything he did.

Yes certainly seemed to have a good ‘presence’. An encouraging start.

Funny really, these little shards of images you get, Im springing around like a frog in a designer jacket,.my best mate is just standing there in silence with his arms out staring out that section full of pricks to our left, the bloke next to me is windmilling all over the shop.

Its why we do it, I guess.

I was so down after last week. Turns out its not so bad. COYFWM.

Is this a quote from your book? 😂

Yes, it's good to win. But let's not kid ourselves. Wigan were very poor. They made us, a team who has been woeful for months, look pretty good. But being a true optimist I'm hoping that this is a turning point.

Then you get this. And liked by the biggest nob head on the Internet.

Have a night off whoppers.

He wont be feeling any better after that!

Johnson getting a few missiles his way at the end. Sheehan accepting the abuse.

LW will no doubt be demanding their fans are banned. 😀

Absolutely this.

Felt utter euphoria that ball going.

All the worries and grumbling over the past few weeks, plus all the worries and stresses and strains of life.

All gone with one net bulge and proper delirium.

Me and my lad hugging, 4 lads behind me all over the show and a little girl and her mum going mental infront.

Makes it all worth while.

And this

Is why VAR needs fucking off

Christ you’re a desperate lad

just enjoy the win without the petty point scoring 😄

Fuck me, the club needed that today

Hindsight of course, but it turns out it came round at just the right time

And its not planned or anything, you dont wake up in the morning thinking well if we score im going to do this, it just happens. I was screaming "someone just fucking hit it", just as Sheehan connected.

I've been saying it was an amazing strike, watched it back hahaha straight down the middle not even into the roof of the net, but fuck it.

For me, Wigan ran the rule over us for a few years fair enough. But I want a decade of dominance now. We might be crap, but we aint tinpot.

I'm delighted we won, and we 100% needed it but lets not forget it's 18th place Wigan and we only scored though a deflection (in fairness it might of gone in otherwise).

We need a way of winning games consistently, week in week out for a long time especially against the lower half of the league.

I'm not convinced i saw that today.

Just not clinical enough and low on confidence in front of goal. That is a worry. But a fresh face or two might help, or our forwards might get some confidence back.

We've played sides lower than Wigan and just not turned up and been beaten. They were shite going forward but were fairly well organised.

There were signs of improvement for me today. All counts for nothing if we don't push on though.

I rather we went up and never played the fuckers again.

Though they are closer to relegation than we are promotion.

If we dont play them again for another 10 years they can stew on us beating them the last 3 times weve played. Fine by me!

Top shit housery from Sheehan, forino and Johnston at the end. Fantastic giving it back when they are frothing at the mouth.

😁

I reckon that's a second win for me today!

Although I did fall off a wall at a brewery this morning, so my body doesn't feel like it's won anything!

Just think about every little micro drama that happened in there😀

The video is 10 minutes long.

Our 81st minute winner is 4 minutes in. 6 minutes of celebrating.

By no means saying the Sky Sports + commentators view should be gospel (though Dan Windle also does Talksport and is alright) but he had him as best player on the pitch before he scored

He probably was the best player on the pitch, along with Conway and Toal for me. In truth not a lot of competition, and doesn't mean it was one of his better games by any stretch.  Tutu not upto his usual levels (but battled well and caused them to foul him countless times), ACD not great but OK, front 2 a long way from being MOTM, keeper nothing to do, CBs hardly troubled, Simons OK but not at Sheehan's level today.  So yes, just 3 contenders for MOTM and no problem with giving it to Sheehan as it was marginal.

Change in formation and a win

Can't ask for more after the recent shite

Fell asleep and missed the goal, got to find the right balance of when to start boozing with late kick offs

3pms will be 1am here

Got to navigate 5.45am for Stevenage
