Seems unusual for it to have started in daylight, but from what I've read its possibly just paving the way for something much more substantial overnight.

I was surprised by that.

Thought it would have happened overnight- it was clear an attack was imminent last night, when embassies were being cleared, but when I woke up and it had only just started, it was an eye opener.

Heard that some of our aircraft have been involved in downing a missile over Qatar. Might not be true of course.

It's down to the people. Hopefully they will be given equipment should it be needed, but I think the regime will collapse quite quickly. 

They are already saying the supreme leader and president aren't in the country.

Well DT has courageously already laid his excuses out if it doesn't happen. Basically - we'll bomb the shit out of things as much as we can - after which it's over to you. 

It could be an absolute bloodbath this in the vacuum.

I'm just hoping against hope the US have called this right, but their track record hasn't exactly been encouraging. 

We'll see I suppose.
