I was surprised by that. Thought it would have happened overnight- it was clear an attack was imminent last night, when embassies were being cleared, but when I woke up and it had only just started, it was an eye opener. Heard that some of our aircraft have been involved in downing a missile over Qatar. Might not be true of course.
