No viable replacement government at the present so it will probably break down into militias fighting each other.

No regime change has ever come about by air power alone so unless someone rolls the tanks the people are the only option.

That's where I am. Will the end justify the means? That's a massive unanswered question.

If I could press a button and turn Iran into a functioning democracy - I'd press it immediately. But whether that's we're going to get here is still a huge question mark. 

We could just as easily end up in a quagmire of infighting for the next hundred years.
