We were sat on tier 2 directly behind the TV camera man, as they were considering the disallowed. Goal he turned round and said it was a foul, and then for the late penalty could see on his screen it was for us, so remarkably relaxed.

At Bradford in second half we were getting over run SS made subs I thought were terrible. Today he took a midfielder off for a centre forward it was stupid IMO. But he got both 100% correct.

Half of them won't be with us next season, and as much as I understand why, I'll be sad to see them go.

the other thing am delighted about is when it mattered we got over the issues that have cost us all season

we scored first and early, we were never chasing the game and we made our dominant periods count by getting shots on target and putting them away

more than happy to consolidate for a season or two

but also aware we now have 4 seasons to ensure we keep up our record of playing in the top flight every decade since it was formed

The pulling hair rule that the refs have almost made up I think was introduced for the more aggressive pulls. JDC was just reaching out for his shirt imo. Now pulling the shirt in theory is a free kick but never given and certainly not a red.

Tbf Blackett-Taylor went back to Derby months ago and was there too. We actually mentioned it was a nice touch from their parent clubs to allow it all.
