A poor scrappy game, managed to get a good stream working in the second half. Fook me Muamba must be mentally challenged in front of goal. And the cross he attempted in the second half was a joke. Still a good point though

There'll be plenty whingeing about the scrappy match; performances of certain individuals etc.

I thought Muamba had a good game today, apart from the miss. Was 10 yards further forward and generally moved play forward.

 

Cohen had a very decent game, esp 2nd half.

Not a bad point today but agree on the Muamba/Elmander comments. Hard to believe Muamba came from Arsenal acadamy as takes 5 minutes to bring a ball under control. Elmander is just very low on confidence and for his own good needs a rest.

 

I thought the 3 ex Villa lads played well and Cohen had a very decent game.

I agree diver, I thought he was a lot better today. And I was impressed by Cohen.

People need to accept that for what Muamba lacks when in possesion of the ball, he more than makes up for with his breaking up of play. He's one of the best out there for it.

 

Elmander was decent enough at times, won a few headers.

 

Cohen was excellent.

He certainly wasn't as bad as some like to make out. Elmander too, got one or two timely blocks in and pressured the Villa defense into giving a throw when, without the pressure, they'd have just turned and lumped it back up field.

 

I can't believe the goal Villa scored because, to be honest, they never looked like scoring.

Elmander ran his nads off in the second half spacially most of the time without any support.

 

Muamba played well and gave his all for 90mins but 2 shocking bit of basic skill let him down.

 

Cohen was possibly our best player today even without the goal.

 

a point against villa is always a good result and the football was very good at times but scrappy and bobbins for the majority.

Strange selection picking a player who aint played premier league footy all season but the ginger one came up trumps on that one. As for poor Basham, he must be wondering what he`s done wrong. Elamnders first touch was poor and Muhamba, less said of that waste of money.
