May 6, 200917 yr Rodney Jack 8o) We could never EVER defend against him! I forget the score but he tore us apart in Crewe's win at the Reebok and lost me a fortune. I had Bolton as a banker on three lines of a fixed odds coupon. Every other selection on one of the lines came up! Well, when I say a fortune I think it'd have been enough for me to still be bitter about it!

Mark Stein and "Super" Bobby Taylor always seemed to do well against us and who can forget a certain John McGinlay's hat trick at Burnden for the bucket-shakers and on that front David Lee used to make Barry Cowdrill et al look like they were running backwards... Robbie Fowler took us apart an Anfield once But consistently, the best player we've faced for me has been (and it's topical) is Ryan Giggs - he's scared the shit out of our defenders time after time...

I lost count the amount of "Oi, we shout, you flag." comments I heard during that game. I also took my mate's lad who was from Bradford but supported Leeds. He's now another Yorkshire wanderer! Not bad seeing as he only wanted to go so he could tell his Bradford-supporting classmates how shite they were.

Tony Cunningham used to always put the shits up us, to such a degree that I am sure we signed him because we couldn't think of any other way of stopping him!
