athywhite1958 Posted March 23, 2010 Posted March 23, 2010 After studying CCTV they looking for this bloke. http://www.youtube.com/user/hultonator1#p/a/u/2/oAmnmfaDHuk You must be closely linked with Diddly, from the same egg maybe?
Carlos Posted March 23, 2010 Posted March 23, 2010 You are close to being rated as the numbest p?ss stone I have ever encountered on here. If you're looking for a Thatcherite with Rangers and Loyalist leanings, here I am sonny. That Millwall fan the other week had more braincells.
no balls Posted March 23, 2010 Posted March 23, 2010 (edited) They obviously think the world revolves round them and their particularly narrow and selective view of the world. As much as my loathing of Thatcher has been documented on here, I don't think she went far enough smashing these fuckers out of existance once and for all. I read their website, it's like a bad parody http://www.unisonbolton.org/?reload I know it's the Telegraph, but I have no reason to doubt the wage figures: http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/uknews/5960724/Trade-union-leaders-receive-huge-pay-rises-despite-redundancies-and-salary-cuts-among-members.html Edited March 23, 2010 by no balls

no balls Posted March 23, 2010 Posted March 23, 2010 To be honest for a bloke representing over 2 million members, ?105k is feck all really. More fool the members then if they think that.
mickbrown Posted March 23, 2010 Posted March 23, 2010 More fool the members then if they think that. Tis a fact though - he's reached the highest position in his field - ?105k ain't that much. A bit of context for you - for running BA and making a loss of over ?400 million Willie Walsh gets paid ?750k basic.

A bit of context for you - for running BA and making a loss of over ?400 million Willie Walsh gets paid ?750k basic. How's he reached the highest position in his field though? Willy Walsh with a track record came to a company which was dying on it's arse to try and shake it up. He's tried doing that & for that he's met with resistance. Sorry Michael, you know my opinion on Union leaders. Woodley's out for his own self promotion. I wonder which industry workers he'll stand up for he' fucked this one up too. GMB closed down the textile industry in the North West. I wonder if those who worked in the UK mills who now have had to retrain will look back & do it all the same again.

The GMB closed down the mills? How so? Honest question.
no balls Posted March 23, 2010 Posted March 23, 2010 The GMB closed down the mills? How so? Honest question. Unrealistic demands during difficult, changing times. Their leaders having no understanding of the problems the industry was going through. Without trying to disrespect the shopfloor workers, they filled their heads with nonsense and us as managers were seen as nothing but liars and greedy folk who were only stopping pay incresases to pis them off. As a manager, I was on less than some of them after their overtime. Quite a few left the Union in the latter stages of the mills being open, but I think the damage had been done by then. I was part of the industry that developed high quality produce, something that other countries struggled to do & I truly believe we'd still be doing it if it wasn't for the Unions poking their noses in & us dropping the ball by trying to keep the employees "happy".
mickbrown Posted March 23, 2010 Posted March 23, 2010 So if the unions weren't involved at all the industry could have ran at a profit?
no balls Posted March 23, 2010 Posted March 23, 2010 So if the unions weren't involved at all the industry could have ran at a profit? That's a bit of a simplistic view. Does a company always have to make a profit at all times? There ar transitional times when you need to change to then make a profit. It would've been able to be run without it's hands being tied and dictated to by people with no real knowledge of the industry, all of whom are more than probably still in jobs.

no balls Posted March 23, 2010 Posted March 23, 2010 Blimey - we'll make a union woman of you yet. For 100 grand a year, & a nice pad in london town,I'd do a damn site better than him. Plus my teeth fit correctly!
Carlos Posted March 23, 2010 Posted March 23, 2010 For 100 grand a year, & a nice pad in london town,I'd do a damn site better than him. Plus my teeth fit correctly! I don't think 100 grand is a massive amount of money, especially in London. Our company was riddled with people on 6 figure salaries, and not all at board level, before the big shake-up of 2009. My issue would be the likes of Bernadette. I just know she looks like Milli Tant. I love it how the unions are being potrayed as the bad guys in this thread now.
wayne cramp Posted March 23, 2010 Posted March 23, 2010 i,m sorry but from what i have seen on the tele and on the tinter - that UAF lot reminded me of a BAN THE BOMB march of the early 80,s . and the EDL lot - banned from football - nowt else to do on a satday !! i dont know much about this malarkey but it all looked like a massive waste of time to me !

Fair points except the last bit. It has generated 31 pages and getting towards 20,000 views on here. Safe to assume similar levels of discussion/argument/shit stirring has been repeated in various forums. I would say that the EDL campaign to get the issues to the forefront of peoples minds has been very successful and anything but a waste of time. The terrorists and their latent supporters continue to spout that the Palestine problem is the root of all this - a view supported by two mods on here (not supporters of the terrorists but, rather, the view of the Palestinian problem). My question for all of them is - what would you do to solve it then? What happens to the Israelis? A solution attempted by a nazi nutjob in the middle of last century? A similar solution being spouted by Irans Hadmedinnerdad who would like to nuke them out of existence.

It's been the best thread on here for ages imo,and it's been interesting to read all the different viewpoints, some i agree with, and some i don't - but that's the beauty of living in a democratic society.....everyone has the right to air their opinion.
Maggie Tate Posted March 23, 2010 Posted March 23, 2010 Woah, steady on there Bolty. It's not cricket to suggest that one must be in favour of driving the Jews into the sea and erasing Israel from the map if they declare a level of sympathy for the Palestinians. It does what is already a bitch of a topic no favours to lower the level of debate to that before it's even begun. And UAF type wallies always point to the Palestine thing as the root cause of Islamic extrmeism and the reason for it, I've disappointingly concluded, is left wing anti-semitism. No, the reason for Islamic terrorism is its own fascist ideology.

This is not aimed at you Bolty even though I have a 1974 Enfield Bullet....
Spider Posted March 23, 2010 Posted March 23, 2010 Well I thought the whole thing was an utter fucking let down. I've got 4000 poppadoms for sale if anyone wants them. All serious offers considered. The petrol I can use in my car.
Smiffs Posted March 23, 2010 Posted March 23, 2010 (edited) I'd like to think my opinions on race and religeon have mellowed somewhat since fatherhood and all that. Treat everyone as they come, so to speak. But fuck me, I've been in Wolverhamptons Asda again today and almost felt like asking the check out lass if she spoke English before asking her for ?20 cashback. All sorts in there, different languages and colours, barely a word of spoken English in there. If its a sign of things to come, a white working class bloke on his way home from work in a British supermarket being in the very huge minorty then this intergration lark isnt for me. If it makes me a Nazi bigot then fetch us some jackboots. Edited March 23, 2010 by Smiffs
Carlos Posted March 23, 2010 Posted March 23, 2010 I went to Leyth Asda on Sunday, next time I think I'll try Wolverhampton. Most people seemed to go there on a Ring'n'Ride.

There's some fucking shite in there. Thing is, its our shite. They can ask for methodone and food vouchers in broad Leyth. That said, I'd still let the fuckers starve if they've never done a days.... You need to try Sainsburys up the road. A bit more expensive but there is less chance of catching something.

Israel is no more than occupied Palestine where jews(Sephardic) lived in peace with the Palestinians for over 2000 years until the arrival of Ashkanazim jews who have NO heredical ties to Palestine. How many here remember the King David Hotel explosion that claimed nearly three hundred British lives? Israel MUST be dismantled and Palestine returned to the Palestinians.

Israel was founded 3000 years ago. One man's terrorist is another man's freedom fighter. All practicing Jews have spiritual ties to Israel. When you say palestinians living together for 2000 years, I didn't think Islam as a recognised religion was that old, but I'll stand to be corrected. edit: Does anyone see any irony on 2 people who live in Australia debating this?
