February 13, 20179 yr Watched Duel again tot her day. Not as tense as other watches but a true classic. Shows you don't need gore and what not to make a film scary.

February 14, 20179 yr Aye Was getting as frustrated as him in parts as well I'm not sure I've ever woke up still thinking about a film I've watched the previous day. There was one scene in particular that really really got to me. They should show this in parliament. Any one of us could be Daniel Blake.
February 15, 20179 yr Watched the first 'John Wick' film the other night. Very good. Also watched 'Legend' which was excellent, and 'Howl' which was enjoyably shit, like a B-Movie. 'Everly' was fucking dire though. Turned it off after 40 minutes. I'm always a few years behind on films. Edited February 15, 20179 yr by Cheese
February 16, 20179 yr I, Daniel Blake 7/10 Very frustrating as previously mentioned above but also frustrating from a person having being on the dole fairly recently. Absolutely spot on regarding the seemingly pointless bureaucracy but there were some errors and the film obviously over dramatized things for cinematic purposes. But overall a typical northern based Ken Loach movie.
