Open Sale

Anybody else in the same boat as me? Everybody I know with a ST is going so I will have to wait til they go on open sale on Monday. Given the chaos that ensued on the phone lines/internet when they went on sale to season ticket holders I am expecting much the same situation Monday morning and so I'm thinking of going up to t'Reebok and queueing up to get some. Good move or not?

well for what it's worth , i do..   we took 24k in 2000, when we could only pull in 12 k at 't reebok.   stoke will sell every ticket they can lay their grubby hands on.   we will be out sung a

Bolton fans in general have always supported the club, and will continue to do so, as long as its affordable, these days it often isn't.

  • As saving the planet is high on the agenda these days, and much as I hate to admit it, Red Nose himself made a valid point that the amount of travel involved in sending 3 and a half North West teams

Lets throw this one out there...who should have priority for a final ticket a season ticket holder who doesnt go to the semi... Or a non st holder who went to brum and the semi?

season ticket holders.

this debate is pointless, the club has already said season ticket holders will come first.

season ticket holders pay ?300-?500 upfront which all goes to the club, that is why they come first, someone paying a total of say ?60 for 2 away games should not come before these people.

Season ticket holders, no question

and i dont have one

Season ticket holders should come first, it's about time we got something for our loyalty. Non ST get offers like cheap tickets for the west ham game!

its going way over your head this isn't it

try and justify the fact we won't sell out for the semi final however you want

but just wait for the reaction if we manage to make the final

every man and his dog will have a sob story how they don't go anymore because of this, that and the other but they still deserve a ticket

no one will have money problems

wembley won't be a problem

i guarantee if we got 40 thousand for the final we would sell every one of them

like we did for the carling cup final

yet had an attendance of 16k for the semi final and a large part of that were villa fans

to be fair the reebok is miles away and its a disgrace were not at burden anymore

Bolton fans seem to monopolise the reasons for not going - other clubs fans have the same financial problems as our fans - I suppose one thing in our favour is we will be taking in excess of our biggest home support this season to wembley - dont suppose too many clubs can claim that!!!

If any one is undecided, FOR FUCKS SAKE GET YOUR ARSES DOWN THERE AND SUPPORT THE WHITES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Lets throw this one out there...who should have priority for a final ticket a season ticket holder who doesnt go to the semi... Or a non st holder who went to brum and the semi?

My daughters both have STs but aren't going to the semi, have never been to an away game and have only really been to a handful of home matches. However, they'll both be going to the final if we get there.

I couldn't care less. I've paid my money, the rules state they're entitled to a ticket, so they'll be getting one.

If they don't wanna go to the final, then I'll be purchasing 2 adult tickets and selling them at maximum profit.

Smiley, I'll buy the pair! :-)

Reserved at ?250......... EACH!

These are roughly the amounts we've taken to big matches at Wembley or Cardiff since the lower division days

Coca Cola Cup Final v Liverpool = 32,000

Play off final v Reading = 27,500

Play off final v Watford = 32,000

FA Cup Semi Final v Villa = 24,000

Play off final v Preston NE = 22,000

Carling Cup Final v Middlesbrough = 32,000

My prediction is that we'll get close to selling out but not quite do so - probably around 29,000/30,000.

Not it isn't going over my head. I was just responding to the remark that other clubs except Wigan would sell out. I am also just remarking that a lot of people will not go for cost reasons. If you have a problem with that then get over it. I have not tried to justify anything just saying it how it is.

Are you sure we had 32k for Watford? I seem to remember it being closer to 20K?

Aye, but none of them are an FA CUP FINAL.

When / If we get there then demand will increase allocation - FACT

Has any team that's reached the FA Cup Final in the last 10 years NOT sold out?

But where would he get such a good rate of interest for his money :pardon:

The website does not mention anything about previous purchasing history so what is preventing Stoke fans buying them?

I just hope those Bolton fans who feel they have a right to a Cup Final ticket will take it on the chin if we get past Stoke and then they don't get one!

Open Sale

All remaining tickets will be available for purchase to supporters subject to availability. A previous booking history will be required.

* Previous booking history is required, dating back to before March 12, 2011.

Not being a ST holder, I have, providing we win resigned my self to not getting a final ticket.

Just hope they go off vouchers for cup games when they go on open sale, may give me an outside chance.

ST holders should come 1st every time.

It's a given, but don't let that stop you from worrying.

To be fair, 5 weeks between rounds pulls for endless pointless speculation
