Didledee Posted August 3, 2012 Posted August 3, 2012 SSN just confirmed that Blackburn have made an official bid for Jordan Rhodes..................things hotting up in Dingle land, looks like serious competition for us Coyle isn't that far ahead of Kean, but Blackburn will not imo get anywhere with him still in charge, a bit like us and Megson, he might get results, but as soon as bad results come, he'll be getting what he got last season but even worse because of the league they're in now. radcliffe white Posted August 3, 2012 Posted August 3, 2012 Was thinking the same myself about Blackburn don't think Rhodes will go there unless no prem club comes in, they have made some very good signings Quote
miamiwhite Posted August 3, 2012 Author Posted August 3, 2012 says they're bidding £6million for Rhodes, serious money for them or anyone in the championship for that matter. the venky bus must be trying to appease the supporters action group who are boycotting ewood Quote
radcliffe white Posted August 3, 2012 Posted August 3, 2012 It's going to be the hardest championship for a long time so if rovers splash the cash on good players I can see them running away with it,leaving 1 automatic and a play off. I will feel more at ease if he gets Sanchez In Quote

waffer cup 07 Posted August 4, 2012 Posted August 4, 2012 The only thing Rovers will run away with, is their own sister. Can see why any player would want to sign for the Dingles, the clubs in a mess, the supporters are revolting. They must be offering big wages. I'd be amazed if Rhodes signed for them he might as well stop at Huddesfield as go there. Quote
Ratwhite Posted August 4, 2012 Posted August 4, 2012 "Colombia international Sanchez flew in yesterday to discuss a three-year deal at the Reebok and the club are hoping to finalise talks and complete a medical over the next 24 hours, despite reports of last-minute interest from Sam Allardyce's West Ham." Care of the Bolton News on August 2nd. "The club had expected the Colombia international to show for talks this week, only to be told that the player had failed to travel." Care of The Bolton News last night. Fucking priceless Quote

Which roughly translated means, Fat Sam 1 Gartside 0 The French media give it as a fact: the steering wheel of the selection Colombia at the age of 26 leaves the Valenciennes and is going to play with the Bolton Wanderers, that will seek in this season to return to the Premier League after descending. Even they speak of a contract of three years. But in England the information is another; Sánchez has a new a lot more powerful suitor: West Ham United. The historic club of London returns to first and search a steering wheel of mark that know with the ball, and the businessman seek to intervene in the decision of the Colombian so that he opt for Upton Park instead of the Reebok Stadium. The decision should be taken for the player this same weekend and, Goal Conch as knew, though the West Ham will be in the Premier, the economic offering of the Bolton is a lot more interesting. Quote
Ratwhite Posted August 4, 2012 Posted August 4, 2012 PS, the last line about the economic of Bolton being a lot more interesting, is interesting. That and the steering wheel of Mark!!! :-0 Quote
Arnold Jackson Posted August 4, 2012 Posted August 4, 2012 (edited) Forgive me for repeating things most (or maybe even all) have already formed an opinion of on here. . . but as I have only recently discovered and sampled this:- If, like me, you are totally disillusioned with the pathetic amount of real ITK reporting in our own Bolton Newspaper. . . if you also want to reduce the amount of totally untrue rumour & maximise your chances of learning what our club is really currently 'on with' in the transfer market. . . if you don't mind hearing this info from a bloke who thinks that this knowledge makes him better than you and speaks in an 'I told you so', egotistical, arrogant way. . . . . . get on twitter and read the very frequent tweets of Alan Nixon who seems to hear the real story more frequently than any of us. Fans from lots of clubs ask him questions and his answers often turn out to be accurate! Seems to me that whether you think he's a utter utter **** or not it's worth the read ... he's been accurate with the Sanchez, Afobe stuff this week! Edited August 4, 2012 by Arnold Jackson Quote
