Ona more serious note, someone should have a word with the club about swapping the Morecambe and Crewe dates. Seaside day outs should be at the weekend.

  • If we hammer a load of part-timers or not has absolutely fuck all to do with anything. They need to get fit, nothing more. It is still mid-July, this doesn't qualify as competitive football, it's a ki

The reason we are having a Scottish tour is because the Scottish teams are only a few weeks away from kicking of there seasons on the 4th of august meaning they are now looking to have players playing

Get yourself to a proper friendly in Scotland 2mrr with us 2.

That's if you're allowed.

:)

More pre-Olympic than pre-season, but .............

....... Team GB against Brazil on BBC1 tonight. A chance to see Sordell in action maybe.

Accrington moved to Monday night (13th) if anyone was planning going.

Brilliant.

Thought I might still use the train tickets anyway to go and watch their cup match with Carlisle that has been arranged in place of our friendly. Turns out its away, so Ill just bin em!

losing at bamber bridge

Annoyed at Accrington - new ground and was looking forward to that

Decided last minute that me + 4 are going Hamilton tomorrow. Looking forward to it!

1-1 with bamber bridge, rofl, gonna be a long season

kids or not, representing bolton wanderers so professional players, should be beating sunday league teams

Kids did ok tonight. Whoever the right back is looks a decent player, shame there is so much competition for that position.

Sampson up top looked ok as well, very strong and decent at laying the ball off.

Don't worry our manager will be saying that bamber bridge are going up with Ayr utd.

Quote.

And 2mmr night Hamilton will be joining them both.

Coyle out!!

right back looked really good up front was good too though the number 9 (coloured lad) dont know his name made some really good runs but service was lacking ..other than that the kids did well against a semi pro team ..... yis fellman ......................

Wways meltdown coming...

Sales of Bedsheets in Bolton argos have just skyrocketed

Pre-season means nowt even Allardyce had poor results pre-season but for some reason I'm uncomfortable with a loss to Hamilton and feel uncomfortable with our manager and his coaching team.

I don't think anybody takes per-season games too seriously, but you would have thought that Coyle might want to try and get a bit of a good feeling going by beating these pub sides.

pre season friendlies only count if you win

Remind me how we did just before winning Division 1 last time, lost away at non-league Carlisle I think.

Didn't we have a mare against a few Danish sides under Allardyce. Sure we lost heavily a few times

Went on a tour of Ireland, got beat off Bray Wanderers and Waterford United but managed a win against Sligo. Or that might have been the year before.

I do know we played Preston at home but it got called off because of lightning/floodlight failure.

Brondby smashed us a couple of times i think?

The way the club has demised under coyle, the team need to find a win for confidence cos we are fuckin shit and I can see a relegation battle

I dont agree with a lot you post on here but that comment is correct

.

We finished the season - fans and players on a right downer - we need to be hammering these amateur jocks by a bucketfull to get some confidence.

And instead of making wholesale changes at half time onwards why not stick with the same team - see if they can gel together - rotate some players at the start of the next game
