Northender Posted November 9, 2014 Posted November 9, 2014 Anyone stopping up for the fight? Money on Kovalev stoppage. Quote
Garrp Posted November 9, 2014 Posted November 9, 2014 Superb from Kovalev Bhop is one tough son if a bitch though Quote
exiledwhite2 Posted November 9, 2014 Posted November 9, 2014 Very very easy win for kovalev. I'll give Hopkins his due, he toughed it out tonight. I fully expected him to look for a way out. Genuine legend and true artist, hopefully he turns it in now. Didn't enjoy watching him get clocked in the last. But kovalev is the real deal. Quote
Casino Posted November 9, 2014 Posted November 9, 2014 I think one of the klitschkos is on Eurosport next Saturday Quote
Clarence Carter Posted November 12, 2014 Posted November 12, 2014 (edited) I think one of the klitschkos is on Eurosport next Saturday Wladimir is fighting Pulev. Vitali swapped boxing for politcs and he's the mayor of Kiev now. Sky also have a card from Dublin on Saturday topped by Matthew Macklin. Edited November 12, 2014 by Clarence Carter Quote

Northender Posted November 15, 2014 Posted November 15, 2014 Out of interest, who's ordering this fight on Ppv? I won't be but think numbers on this fight will influence future ppvs. Quote
Clarence Carter Posted November 15, 2014 Posted November 15, 2014 (edited) Hernandez v Afolabi shown live on channel 5 next week fucking brilliant channel 5 are getting properly involved. I hope Afolabi drops his sparring partner mentality for this fight. Hernandez is decent but he's more than beatable, he seems to get lazy and loses concentration during the fights i've seen him in. Afterwards there's a card from Macau early Sunday morning featuring Pacquiao v Algieri plus Lomachenko and a few others. Some good action to look forward to next weekend. Out of interest, who's ordering this fight on Ppv? I won't be but think numbers on this fight will influence future ppvs. I wouldn't mind seeing the undercard for the Groves and DeGale bouts. I can wait a week to see them repeated though. Bellew v Cleverly was a bigger fight first time around in my opinion, there was a word title at stake. Edited November 15, 2014 by Clarence Carter Quote

Don't think I've paid for a ppv since I boycotted khan-Prescott. Quote
Traf Posted November 15, 2014 Posted November 15, 2014 Macklin knocked out in the 10 th tonight Quote

Northender Posted November 16, 2014 Posted November 16, 2014 Wlad fight was quite entertaining. Funny Briggs wanted to confront him again but couldn't get past a chubby bouncer outside the ring. Quote
Garrp Posted November 16, 2014 Posted November 16, 2014 What's going on at that MGM gym? was meant to be the next big thing. Stalker, Fitzgerlad and Macklin all destroyed in the last few weeks. Quote
Garrp Posted November 16, 2014 Posted November 16, 2014 Jesus Ian Timms and Declan Geraghty both MGM fighters too and both lost on the undercard last night. are they just one the piss out there? Quote
