Featured Replies

I'm in, few ales at the local, wonderful

I'm in. Not long since been back from Cardiff but got strongbow chilling in the fridge, number 1 is about to get opened

I used to love Sunday supping, good work SJM.

Nice bottle of red untouched from last night. Made my lazy Sunday a little bit nicer.

Save my supping till next week forgot all about bank holiday, rose and crown all day!

I'll be in the pub in an hour. I love Sunday night supping.

Sunday night used to be full to the rafters when I was working as a barmaid at 18, now it's dead as anything in a lot of pubs

Not a chance today!

My second favourite time for a drink is Sunday lunchtime...

Favourite is Friday tea time

The rest of the week follows closely behind

Love half a dozen on a Sunday to finish the weekend off. Just had a brilliant one & the first pint will be going down in 15min.

Not for me, ta.

Just had a nice little half dozen pints of flat cap in the Brewery Tap on Belmont Rd,what a nice way to spend a couple of hours - a load of blokes talking bollocks/football/more bollocks, and not many flatdicks in, because obviously they're at home sorting the Sunday roast.

Just had half a dozen in Queen Anne in little lever, first time I've been in even though I live less than 50 yards away and quite impressed . Good selection of real ales on

That was my first ever bar job in there. 17 years old and told them I was 18. Was going ok til I went in there the day I turned 18 with a big badge on :)

Just got home from the Rope & Anchor, turned out at 4, a beltin' turnout [as usual] Caffreys at £2.10 a pint is mmmmmmmmmmmmmm luvverly

Sunday supping is the best.

A couple in the Millstone while Sra. Kerr is in M&S, then round to 'Spoons (Arizona on today), finishing up with a couple in Plodder Lane Conny Club on JHB.

Sunday supping was better when you slammed as many pints down you in the 12-00 2-00 period in my youth.

Just opened my 10th can of Strongbow (500ml).

Good job I'm off tomorrow.

Like a drink on a Sunday, helps me sleep after mad Saturday sess.

So true... That 2 hours was lethal, we used to neck 7or8 then an empty (party after pub)at someone's house until pub reopened at 6

I used to go home, have my Sunday roast, go to bed, and have the razz up Tyldesley for the next poor sesh what lasted till 7-00 10-30, what great times.

I do it every Sunday, go on the piss in my local, get home at 7-8pm, fall asleep then I'm wide at 4.30am onwards just like now. Ill never learn :)
