Coop pure Argentina Malbec. Usually 9 quid apparently but down to 6 quid at the moment.

Add 20% staff discount and it's cheaper than Aldi and bloody lovely to boot!

Not red wine but bro in law managed to secure 6 bottles of Louis Delaunay Brut Champagne for £8 per bottle from the small tesco in Leigh last night. Real result! That's my Xmas mornin sorted!

So you pay £80 to stick a needle in a bottle of wine and fire some argon gas in.

Sorry don't see the point unless you're a lightweight who takes notice of the gov't recommended alcohol unit intake and I've not hot you down as one of those. :D

If you have a posh bottle and don't want to drink it all in a few days it's Great

And for restaurants so people can try a number of wines

Well, I like it anyway

I do too as sometimes I just fancy a glass with dinner. Drinking by the bottle at home alone is neither big or clever imo.

Mr Popular

Not really there's just usually a minimum of 2 and up to to 5/6 for dinner/tea depending what you call it.

Edit: and during the week it does tend to be screw caps Traf. :)
