How does that even remotely suggest concentration is the issue? How does conceding at ANY time in a game suggest anything in particular is the issue?!? Quote

Gave 2nd away cheaply just after HT which killed us really. Last 30 mins we pressed and closed down higher up the pitch instead of sitting deep like we usually do and we were much better. I'm hoping that was Douglas employing a tactical rethink rather that QPR being 2 up and taking their foot off the gas. We really need a left back now too after our fill in left back got injured. Rembrandt Posted January 28, 2014 Posted January 28, 2014 It takes approximately 1.5 seconds to get from the six yard box to the 18 yard box no one got anywhere near Henry and with good organisation someone should already be on the edge of the box anyway as it was the midfield were on top of the defence it's quite clearly lack of organisation and planning by the management someone should be assigned to that task. It's been obvious since Coyle was manager that pulling everyone back into the final 12 yards to defend corners & free-kicks is going to prove expensive sometimes when the ball is half cleared to the edge of the box and only the oppostiion have any player there. Sounds like it was one of those occasions. Anyway 6 wins in 27 Championship games (win ratio 22%). What's to worry about. Quote

What concerns me is the state my club is in, no other club just BWFC. Could not care less who goes up or down as long it aint Bolton Wanderers. Showed enough tonight to get a point but the same old problem of scoring goals haunts us. Take that into the next game and who knows what. A couple of decent additions could be just the answer, all is yet not lost. Quote

The second goal was lack of concentration by not closing Henry down for example. Goals at these times have tended to be Bolton errors as opposed to opponent's skill Quote
