January 19, 201412 yr We are the easiest team to play in the entire football league. My 2 years old lad could draw up the tactics to exploit our weakness. Attack them from the off and kick the ball down the wings....job done. Billy Davies obviously hadnt done his homework last week. What a truly dog shit situation. Dougie could well save his job by getting rid of his mate and bringing in a proper defensive coach. I am a firm believer in that we a club in transition,and I was a firm believer in battening down the hatches till the summer and re build. January 19, 201412 yr Surely everyone must agree there are players (let's call them the 'culture club' - Boy George probably would show more bottle tho') who should be shipped out as soon as possible? This should be a constant whatever happens surely? This is my overarching fear - that there may be windows of opportunity to stay on given to those who shouldn't remain under any circumstances. January 19, 201412 yr Get rid, get Phillips back in with Sammy Lee, cant be any worse, wont cost us anymore this season that what we're already paying out (DF's pay to end of season). They know the youth team well enough, they can replace the dead wood, Get Eaves Back from loan and play him upfront with Davies, White, Riley Bolger and Knight in defence Eagles Medo Moritz and Hall/odelusi Not totally stripping out the experience, bringing in young players who will want to play Agree. Seems our best option for now. Hes had enough time for me. Hes lost it now. Anyone defending him now must be on crack.

January 19, 201412 yr Don't suppose he has gone yet, had a look at the "great" end of season run last season and what stands out is the way other teams around us folded like a pack of cards. Although we had a few decent results one main reason we almost dragged ourselves into the top 6 was the poor form of the others. Anyway, has he gone yet ?
