We've had the same exact cycle since Big Sam left (maybe since Little Sam actually). 1. Guy comes in, clears out previous regime and starts well. 2. Team starts to under-perform and the fans get on his/players' back. 3. Manager isn't removed straight away and the fans get on Gartside's back. 4. Manager is removed, and replaced with a slightly cheaper option. 5. Back to 1. Quote
