yeah my bad.  for anyone wishing to pop along the approximate departure times are as follows:

Bulls Head 1015
Shamrock 1050
Dun Mare 1140
Red Lion 1230
White Horse 1320
Waggon and Horses 1400
Royal Oak 1430

The longest stretch of the walk i less than two miles, and shouldnt take no more than 40 mins... i hope.

Thanks again to the landlords of the Shammy and Dun Mare for opening early.

no doubt a few flaws in there, but we live and learn

Doesn't seem much time for a beer. Good luck any how might nip in white horse to raise a glass to pay my respect to a fellow wanderer. Edited by Mounts Kipper

Alright folks,

well... a year later, and we are doing it again. I have sold 58 tickets to friends and family, and we will be embarking on the walk again prior to the Wolves game. Should anyone fancy joining us we will be (approximately) at;

Pub/Arrive/Depart

Bulls Head 9.25

Cyns Tavern 9.45 10.15

Dun Mare 10.35 11.00

Red Lion 11.30 11.55

White Horse 12.40 13.05

Royal Oak 13.45 14.10

Stadium 14.35

Its a push, but can be done. Please feel free to pop along for a drink and a singsong.

Cheers

Quote from the Bolton News match report 'Long after the final whistle, Bolton fans could be heard singing the name of a supporter who recently passed away, suggesting that the spirit that made this football club so great is still there.'

That's a wonderful tribute and a great piece of journalism.

RIP to a fellow White.
