September 11, 201411 yr Terrible news tonight about a huge fire at the dogs home in Manchester where I've volunteered a few times in the past, 43 animals dead and over 150 rescued with someone arrested on suspicion or arson. I feel sick.
September 11, 201411 yr That's horrendous, the person caught for doing it will probably get a pathetic sentence as well. It's upset me that.

September 11, 201411 yr I always thought the scousers were sick cunts chucking a stray cat into a fat range in a chippy.
September 11, 201411 yr Someone on my Facebook says a 14yr old lad started it. I bet he's in the doghouse when they've finished questioning him.. http://m.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-manchester-29168971 Edited September 11, 201411 yr by Breightmet Boy

Bless these two: http://www.manchestereveningnews.co.uk/news/greater-manchester-news/heroes-raced-fire-rescue-dogs-7758368 There's not many birds on my Facebook who ain't praised em. I very much doubt they need to use chat- up lines from now on, they'll get a shag at the drop of a hat even if they do look like they've been on the mushrooms all night. Lucky bastards !!
September 12, 201411 yr https://www.justgiving.com/ManchesterDogsHomeMEN 60K raised so far Terrible. Just been on to donate a couple of quid. The amount raised is going up at a rate of £1000 per minute at the moment. Now £255K
September 12, 201411 yr Sad that some dogs have died in terrible circumstances but whats the donation for surely they have insurance don't they? If it was people that died then I would be more inclined to donate.

Guess insurance will take forever to be processed and these dogs need housing right now.... so imagine the donations will help to get them housed immediately... and possibly rebuild the place quicker than waiting for an insurance claim. And maybe they will build something bigger & better with security in place to stop anything like this in the future. Just my opinion. What goes through the head of a 14/15 year old to do something like this... and how must his family feel right now?
