Not a clue, last hip hop record I bought was by Boogie Down Productions!

For once I did not think we were disagreeing.

I disagree.

Traf gets it.

If she was too thrashed to consent its still rape.

Erm no....

As this case revolves around the issue of intoxication and consent, it should be noted that it is established in the case of R V Bree that drunken consent to sexual intercourse is nevertheless consent in the eyes of the law. This does not mean that if a person is unconscious through drink or drugs it is acceptable to have sex with that person but rather, where an intoxicated person is functioning and able to make conscious decisions at the time of intercourse and then subsequently regrets that decision and decides to make a complaint of rape, her self-inflicted intoxication ought not to be considered as relevant to the issue of consent.

I don't dispute that either. I wasn't suggesting otherwise.

If there was a guarantee he would score 20'goals for us this season, would you take him?

If there was a guarantee he would score 20'goals for us this season, would you take him?

Yes

Without hesitation

No. Not if you could guarantee and league and cup double.

No.

As an aside, from that article, every club has it's mouthbreathers, it seems...

Has it always been like this, when I started going as an adult, all I noticed was young kids in replica kits, smart-ish lads and blokes aged thirteen to late forties, the odd lad and dad, and old blokes with caps and flasks and Partridge style driving gloves...

What's happened?

I realise said mouthbreathers might not be responsible for that banner, btw.

No, it is that mentality that lets so called stars get away with shit because they think they are above the law/better than other people.

For people saying yes, how many goals a season if it was a murderer ? a paedo ?

Not a paedo, because if there was grass on the pitch, they wouldn't play.

Lee Hughes is probably a good bench mark (for the former)

Did that Plymouth goalie get himself a new team assuming he's been released?

Back at Plymouth, club captain no less (I think) after playing in The Conference South and League Two for a season each (Truro City and Oxford United respectively) after his release (after serving approximately half of of a seven year stretch.)

You definately wouldnt be getting a lift home from training with these two.

In an ideal world there wouldn't be a debate about them resuming football careers on release either (McCormick and Hughes) - they'd have both been past-it on their release.

Better benchmarks would be someone convicted of murder, both were death by dangerous driving.
